Note: Date of cleaning to be mentioned by using stencil of suiatable size as directed with black /white synthetic enamelled paint after cleaning of tank by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt .

Taking down old cement plaster on brick walls, stone walls etc of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out /Dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description , any position over roof including taking out plain cement concrete of any description to the thckness as directed etc complete and including lowering down complete waste materials to the ground on a place where directed and including removal of the same to a distance exc 250 mtr but n exc 500 mtr as directed .Note : The cost of lowering down and removal deemed included in unit rtae quoted by the tenderer.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding laid to slope over roof and surface finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment over roof by applying the following operations :- (a) Preparation of plastered surface by cleaning with water and leave the sufaces till to become surface total dry . (b) Applying first coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4Kg / Sqm on plastered surface (c) Applying APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (Minimum thickness) and weight not less than 3kg/Sqm , reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over on primed surface laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacturers instructions and under strict supervision of manufacturer's tenchnical representative (d) Applying two coats of bituminous paint @ 200 ml /Sqm etc complete and as directed. Note : (i) The cost of casting one cement plate of size 600 mm x 450 mm in 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and writing materials shall deemed to be included in the unit rate by the tenderer. (ii) WPT in petch work shall not be allowed to avoid any damage /puncture in existing padding may cause seepage /leakage .
