Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep for lying of electric cable, pole foundation and stays etc and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 1 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exc.3.0 mtr deep

Returning, filling in, approved earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 250mm thick after cable are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Surplus soil) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cables provided with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying the cable in trenches and 15cm thick after laying the cable in trenches, total 23 CM complete all as specified. Note - for measurement purpose punned thickeness 18 CM shall be considered

S &L sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/Sqcm2 laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Cutting through existing bituminous road /PCC/floor/approx size width 50cm X 60cm depth along cross section of the road for laying of GI tubing/RCC pipe for encasing of cable and repairing the road to match with the original finish, complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundtion for pole including necessary form work all as specified and directed

Dismantling and Taking down of Gang operating Device including Drop Out Fuse from Two/ Four pole structure All as specified

Supply, installation and testing of gang operated air break switch in replacement 11 KV, 3 pole vertically mounted type, mechanically operated, mounted on steel frame with operating mechanism having 11 KV and 12 insulators suitable for 11 KV, 50 C/s, 200 amps capacity including mounting on HT poles and necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

repairs/overhauling of air break switch complete by replacing stationary, and moving contacts, fexible copper cord, GI nuts, bolts, etc incl alingment for smooth functioning from ground level all as req uired at site and as directed by E-in -charge.

The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 (a) The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and angle iron padastal frame 600mm high above ground level. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. (Note : The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 600mm height (without base frame & canopy), 600mm width and 500mm depth).

M&L for scrubbing out old paint, rust etc from LT Steel tubular pole of any size and making smooth and even surface then painting with one coat of anti rust paint and two coat of superior quality aluminium paint on entire exposed portion of pole structure and writing Abbreviated feeder name in 2 " size with white paint on black base all as directed at site(work shall be completed in the stipulated period as directed by Engineer -in-charge other wise compensation @ Rs 2000/hour will be charged for extra time for the completion of work ).

M&L for scrubbing out old paint, rust etc from HT two pole structure and making smooth and even surface then painting with one coat of anti rust paint and two coat of superior quality aluminium paint on entire exposed portion of two pole structure and writing feeder name 2 " size with white paint on black base all as directed at site

All as item No 39 above but four pole structure as directed at site

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.88,792/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
