All as per item No-1 but additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m all as directed.

Returning, filling incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming layers not exc 25 M for cable laying complete all as specified and directed.

Removing/excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate . in mass concrete and filling complete for foundation of pad of pole all as specified & directed by Enge-in- Charge.

M&L precast cement concrete (PCC) type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate stone for making foundation of Pole/stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (PCC) type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate stone for making copings including use and waste of form work complete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old light fittings and dismantling old unserviceable RCC poles and removing from sitevcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) conforming to IS:2713 (Part-I) 1980, welded with mild steel base plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade any size PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098, Part-I marked, laid in trenches/ duct/ cable tray/ under road/ footpath/ cable route diversions / under services etc incl taking down the old cable complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes:-

Supply & fix in replacement FRP pole box 240 x 130 x 95 mm (inside dimension) consisting of 1 No 50 A 4 pole connector and 1 No 6-16 A MCB SP(as required) including taking down the old/unserviceable junction boxes all as specified and directed. Make : SINTEX Cat No. GS-JB 2817 or equivalent Make of MCB: L&T/Havells/ Legrand/ Indo Asian

M&L in replacement for street light mounting bracket made up of 32 mm dia galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, 1.20 metres long, bent to shape with inner angle not less than 120°, with and including necessary fixing clamps fabricated out of flat iron of size 50 x 6 mm (2 sets/poles) , bolts, nuts and washers as required and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED Bollard with round top 9/10 W ,220V 50Hz with opal acrylic IP 65 protection along with necessary PCC foundation cable condits for loop in and out , cable connectors complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of outdoor type Decorative Post top for 360° indirect light with IP 65 protection, resistant to impact and corrosion of 240 v,50hz of capacity 40 watt LED suitable for mounting on 60 mm OD pipe on necessasry PCC works complete all as specified and directed. Make:Cat Part No : LPTO-40-CDL-M of CG or equivalent in Philips/C&S

S & F in replacement of LED post top lantern of cap 20 watt, IP65 Rated, ideal to light up parks, gardens etc suitable for mounting on 60 mm OD pipe on incl taking down old fittings complete all as specified and directed. Make: CG Cat Part No -LPTH-20-CDL or equivalent in Philips/ C&S/ Havells.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED floodlight of cap 150 watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection, System efficacy ≥ 110/120LPW 10KV included driver including fixing on High mast of any hight or any pole/ wall/ iron structure etc including taking down of the old unserviceable halogen/any type of old unsv light fittings all as specified and directed. S & F in replacement PVC Insulated and PVC Round Sheathed 2 core 1.0 sqmm Bright Annealed Bare Copper Conductor Heavy Duty Flexible Cables for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts for connection of lights from junction box complete all as psecified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement with wall/ pillar/ iron structure etc of hot dip galvanised perforated cable tray (C) type, with solid cover fabricated from GI Sheet in standared length of 2.5 mtr of thickness 14 SWG , depth 100 mm , width 300 mm along with accessories i.e. bends (any type), right/left/center reducer , tee, straight coupler etc as required at site including MS work for support/ hanging of suitable size as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge . Note:- (i) The Steel Febrications work will be measured and paid under Respective Items under Sch 'A'. (ii) The measurement shall be calculated as RM incl accessories for the cable tray.

All as item no-26.0 above ,but , depth 100 mm , width 200 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Cross Arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook etc structural steel sections including pole clamps stay clamps, D clamps or as required incl nuts, bolts, washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to GI strip 32 mm x6 mm as earthling lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel with wire mesh,. S & F DB VTPN sheet metal enclosure double door IP 43 protection, door earth suitable for incoming upto MCCB 100 Amps/125 Amps & outgoing MCB TP / SP. Triple pole and neutral 415 V 4 Way with 200 Amp rated standard bus bar of suitable size plate and common neutral link all enclosed in standard steel sheet flush mounting type factory fabricated complete and making good to the distrubed surface /walls complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of MCCB, 4 pole, 100 Amps, 50Hz, 25KA rupturing capacity, 415 Volts adjustable type with thermal and magnetic release alongwith copper separator terminalscomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm dia or bore galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed to walls/ poles or laid in floors complete as in protection of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80 mm dia or bore galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed to walls/ poles or laid in floors complete as in protection of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F off load changeover switch (side handle operated) of cap 315 Amp, 4 pole, 415 Amp with enclosure and fix the same on wall, Panel or any place with connected accessories and reconnect the existing cables as specied and directed.
