Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of poles etc or for laying of cables, pipes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Sand cushioning to under ground cable with screened and washed sand (non cohessive), 8 cm before laying cable and 15cm after laying and punned to 18cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying factory made unreinforced pre-cast concrete cable protection cover LV class, type-I, flat of size 250mm X 150mm X 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for UG cable protection laid on the top of the sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out UG cable any size and fixed in any position and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strips or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16sqmm, 4 core confirming to IS:7098 (part-I), laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or fixed on poles or walls including all necessary clamps, nut, bolt, washers, saddle etc complete all as specfied and directed. Note : The cost of AI thimbles / lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted raes.

S & F in replacement of indication lamp (LED type) with showing red, yellow and green in colour of 22.5mm dia monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240V AC supply incl taking down old complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.5 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.8m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32X6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil,charcoal, salt,funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed. Note 1 - following items deemed to be included in quoted rate (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point and further to equipment to be earthed upto 7.5 metre. (c) Material and labour for connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt as per direction. (e) All labour involved including testing of earth net work. (f) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode. (g) P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover. (h) Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc. as specified. (j) G.I. protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. Note 2 - On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

S&F in repair single pointed, air termination, aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with all accessories required for fixing air termination rod to pole / pipe duly insulated by providing appropriate insulator including taking down old unserviceable and make good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw and connected with earthing strip including taking out old unsv and make good the disturbed surface complete all as per directed.

S&F in repair single aluminium strip of size 25x3.15mm in proper position with saddles/insulators and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conducrors along the pole/pipe after and including taking out old unsv and make good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 32 X 6mm GI strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. including taking out old unsv and make good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 3 Phase Automatic Phase Sequence corrector of 50 Amp load capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 3 Phase Automatic Phase Sequence corrector of 20 Amp load capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair seprator and connector as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCBs Distribution board tripple pole and neutral (TPN) 4 ways, powder coated, CRCA steel sheet, suitable for MCCB incomer upto 160amp, degree of protection IP-43, IK09 with reversible double door, 415V, recess mounted having insulated 100 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plate in unused spaces as required, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs incl taking down old U/S DB complete all as specified and directed. Note : MCBs and MCB DB shall be of the same make.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring with PVC casing capping / PVC conduit and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of 6 Sqmm single core, PVC insulated, unseathed, FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable alongwith one run of 6 Sqmm earth wire as earth continuity conductor (Phase-Red, Neutral-Black, Earth-Green) drawing into and including concealed PVC conduit of 20mm dia ISI marked ivory colour along with conduit fittings / accessories of suitable size including making connection as required complete all as specified and directed. NOTE - Two run of 6 sq.mm phase and neutral wire & One run of 6 sq.mm earth wire & One run of PVC conduit with accessories shall be measured as One length.

S&F in repair bollard LED garden light 10 watt, 1 Mtr height with aluminium housing, glare free PMHA diffuser, IP-65 complete with required earth work, including fasteners, nuts, bolts, washers, copper connecting cable & PCC (1:2:4) type B 1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (size 0.40 m x 0.30 m x 0.45 m) complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling and taking down unserviceable / defective street light fitting / flood light fitting of any wattage alongwith mounting brackets, flat iron clamp, nut bolt washer etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F LED building street light fitting 70 watt 230V AC outdoor type comprising of pre wired driver, pressure die cast powder coated aluminium housing heat resistant glass, impact and corrosion resistance incl thermal management in multiple optics, clear acrylic cover and accessories with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in repair FRP pole box / junction box of size 140 X 140X 95mm, IP 65 protection,rustproof, weatherproof, shockproof consisting of 01 No. 50A, 4 pole connector and 01 No 10Amp single pole MCB and fixing on the pole incl necessary fixing arrangement incl taking down old U/S complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for prepration of old painted / rusted surface of pole of street light/mast tower (10 meter long) and steel fittings, fixtures, clamps etc on pole by scraping, cleaning etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint after prepration of surface and writing pole No. and source of electric supply with black paint and flurcent paint of black and yellow colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for repairing and rectification of faults in street lights/ garden lights, path way lights by taking down fitting, checking the connectors, connections, LED drivers, bulbs etc incl replacement of minor parts like surge protector, lamp etc and refixing the fitting as per existing after repairing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MCBs of 'B' curve, single pole 6 to 32 Amps having breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked, 240Volts including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs incl connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of 2.5 Sqmm single core, PVC insulated, unseathed, FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable alongwith one run of 2.5 Sqmm earth wire as earth continuity conductor (Phase-Red, Neutral-Black, Earth-Green) drawing concealed into street light pole including making connection as required complete all as specified and directed. NOTE - Two run of 2.5 sq.mm phase and neutral wire & One run of 2.5 sq.mm earth wire shall be measured as One length.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
