Comprehensive maintenance contract for EI & FANS in the Building by arranging required spares, tools & plant etc. to keep all the services operational up to the required standards, complete as per specifications / conditions of contract i/c replacement of all electrical items & all accessories . etc as required.(Please refer Annexure – VII for size of services) CMC of Split AC Units Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of the Split AC units including all items as per the specifications/ conditions of contract & as per the details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff including specialized man power and by arranging required spares, refrigerant gas, tools and plant etc., to keep the AC units & connected equipments operational upto the required standards complete as required which includes routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance i/c supply of consumables, repair/replacement of worn-out items with minimum down time and warranty & guarantee of repaired/replaced items after completion of one year guarantee period complete as per specifications enclosed.(Please refer Annexure – VII for size of services) Operation of Electro-Mechanical Services Round-the-clock operation of various electromechanical services like EI & Fans, Compound Light, LT panel in UPS room & MV Panel in DG room, Fire Extinguishers 4.5Kg CO2 - 6 Nos, 1.5TR Split AC units - 07 Nos, Building Management System, Fire detection and Extinguishing system, Access control, CCTV, UPS with Battery sets, 125KVA DG sets-2 Nos., 7 TR Precision AC units-3 Nos etc of RMC DC as per specifications / conditions of contract & as per the details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff (Skilled - 1No, Semiskilled - 3Nos at 1No each per shift ) & by arranging required spares, tools & plant etc. to keep all the services operational up to the required standards, complete as required.
