Outsourcing services for attending repair and breakdowns of water supply installations and water supply pumiping and distribution network consisting various size type sluice valve, gate valves, CI, GI pipe line upto 150mm dia bore by employing one Skilled pipe fitter from 9.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs per day on working days and carrying out repair work of water supply complaints in raising main & distribution pipe lines from main reservoir to service water tanks of each building at Married accommodation area under CVRDE Avadi and also attending break downs, rectify defects and restoring water supply including all required T&P complete all as specified and directed. Rates required to be quoted for execution under Srl item No 1.01 to 1.06 here in after :-

Minimum wage of tradesman as per prevailing Notification by Government of India or state Government or local body whichever is higher as applicable.

Employees provident Fund as per prevailing Notification by Government of India as applicable.

Employees state Insurance contribution as per prevailing Notification by Government of India or state Government whichever is higher as applicable

Contribution of Bonus as per prevailing Notification by Government of India as applicable

Over head and Profit of the contractor on Serial No 1.01 to 1.04

Labour Welfare cess as per prevailing Notification by Government of India

Note for item No1 & 2: (i) Material required for Item 1&2 shall be measured and paid seperately under Schedule A part II item no. 4 to 46. (ii) T&P, safety measures required for attending compliant G+5 high rise bldg will be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Complaint shall be attended with 8hours otherwise penal recovery Rs 120/- per complaint per day will be recovered. (iv) Excavation will be measured and paid separately. (v) Complaint slip shall be collected from complaint cell from JE/Rep of dept at 9.00am after completion of repair user signature of respective bldg/qtr must be obtained in complaint slip and handed over to JE/rep dailiy. (vi) EPF, ESIC, Bonus proof etc as applicable to be submitted while claiming payment unless EPF, ESIC and bonus applicable rate etc shall be recovered.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres deep in any type of soil and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope complete all as specified and directed.

Returning ,filling in trenches in layers not exceeding 25cm after laying of GI/CI pipe including spreading, leveling and well ramming including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m high from the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L rewinding of submersible motor of any capacity 7.5 HP with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and No of turns and varnishing complete and testing and including repair the pump sets all as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Shaft, impeller, bowls, thrust bearing,distance sleeve as required will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for replacement of submersible pumpset controller with sheet metal enclosure consting metering, contactor, DOL starter, relay range rating 13-21A, complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T Model MU-G10 or equivalent
