Note : i) The tenderer shall note that before quoting his unit rate, all items of works shall be executed in high rise building & including provision of necessary scaffolding & safety measures. ii)After painting cleaning of all floors & furniture by own arrangements. iii)All works caried out in 7th storey building( from inside or outside). All rates are inclusive of all arrangements required to carry out work from outside or inside of bldg.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment, preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall applying 3mm thick white cement based wall care putty on the existing surface and a coat alkali primer followed by two coats of oil emlusion distemper, including necessary scaffolding upto any height & including complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Rates inclusive of necessary cleaning of floors, glass & furniture affected by painting)

All as item No 2 above but on ceiling complete.

Material & Labour for preparing old plastered / decorated surface of wall including cornices etc by brooming down and applying two coat of oil bound distemper with smooth roller finish ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note: Rates inclusive of necessary cleaning of floors, glass & furniture affected by painting)

All as item No 4 above but on ceiling complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emlusion distemper white or tinted over a coat alkali resistant priming paint over 3mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed .

All as item No 16 above but on ceiling complete.

M&L for Preparation of existing mosaic cement tiles flooring and polishing with machine/hand to surface and pointing of joints to match the colour complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11Sqm in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over/ incl 15mm thick screed bed (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick , set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square /rectangular ) polished dark shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neet cement slurry and pointed white or coloured cement to match the dark shade of the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- as per item No. 22 here-in-before but as in skirting including 10mm thick rendering in CM. 1:4 as backing coat etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any descriptionn or thickness kin floors, aprons etc.

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L, for mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed bed in CM (1:6) 15mm thick, & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete.

Extra over granite stone slabs for edge polishing/ chamfering/ noising/ grooves/ bevelling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel works of any description work etc.

S&F rolled mild steel sections Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engeer- in charge.

M&L to Clear the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus 100mm) of floors by wire brush. including following works:-

(a)Chisel out any mortor sticking the surface.There after rendering of uneven surface with 6mm thick cement mortar with 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) mixed with integral water proofing compound to make it even .

(b) Fill it with water and check for dampness and seepage . Wherever dampness/seepage is noticed ,nozzel shall be fixed and grouting carried out . Fixing of nozzel and grouting shall be measured and paid seprately.

(c) All junction point of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.

(d) After drying of putty , wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(e) Apply two coats of polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating as per manufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical side up to finished floor level + 100mm height. The thickness of each layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is sticky ,coarse and spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface.

(f) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirtingwith minimum 20mm thick cement motor 1: 4 mixed with integral water proffing compound as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.

(g) Tested the water proved area by filling water at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the intire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained.

(h) All pipes laid the sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint ( Black Japan).

(I) Contractor shall stand guarantee for 10 years against leakage/seepages ,of treated floor/slabs . Guarantee shall be given in profarma at Appx 'F'.

Cleaning of loft tanks of following capacities in existing position by removing out the residual water from the tank, removing dirt, cleaning the internal surfaces of the tank with high pressure controlled water jet pump by using different nozzles as per requirement. After sucking out entire moss and algae by wet vaccume pump, wash the tank with clean drinking water tank cleaning solution on all internal surfaces, then cleaning the bottom surface of the tank with vaccume pump to make it dry and providing sticker showing the date of cleaning completely all as specified & directed.
