ROAD, PATH AND CULVERTS WORKS

Material and labour for Road stud/cat eye DA-52 of size 100mm x 100mm bearing a strength of 25 Tons, two way reflective glass colour White/ Red/ Yellow provided with steel zinc plated with bolt of 12mm dia length 120mm for fixing on road by hammering complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for Cutting and jointing the existing pipe line for making branch connection of DI pipe of suitable size for insertion of 'T' of size 150mm x 150mm x 100mm connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in trenches centrifugally cast 100mm bore ductile iron pipe class K-7 conforming to IS : 8329-2000 of min wall thickness 5.4mm including testing complete all as specified. Make : Electrosteel, Jindal, TATA Notes :- (a) Excavation, earth work and DI fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items (b) Cost of tyton joints is included in the rate quoted. (c) Standard length of the pipe should be 5.50m or 6.0m as available. (d) The measurement of the pipe shall be net as fixed between the fittings including short length without any allowance for cutting and wastage and for the portion entering in the socket of all pipes and fittings.

Supply, fixing and testing ductile iron fittings such as bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch ‘Y’ junction. Double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets and spigot) collars, tail pieces with one end flanged (integrally cast) and one end socket. Spigot caps and plugs suitable for 100 to 150mm ductile iron pressure pipes of K-7 classification and push on flexible rubber gasket joints complete all as specified and directed. Make : Electrosteel, Jindal, TATA Notes : (a) DI fittings shall be of same make as of DI pipes or of make as recommended by manufacturers (b) The weight of the fittings shall be measured and paid as given in relevant IS or actually provided whichever is less. (c) All fittings shall be relevant IS stamping marking. (d) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. (e) Cost of the joints and jointing materials shall be deemed to be included in the relevant items of DI pipes here-in-before

Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of 1050mm x 750mm x 750mm size (internal dimensions) with MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick and angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm frame duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including locking arrangement, necessary earth work etc complete all as specified and shown on drg No. CEJZ/TD-1060 sheet 1/3 to 3/3.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Supply and fixing 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and FRLS PVC round unsheathed copper conductor flexible 1100 volts for connection from Junction Box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing street light pole modular weather proof outdoor installation made of impact resistant plastic and heat resistant material IP-66 protection of size 155 mm X 210 mm X 92 mm with metric knockouts with terminals for cable entry suitable 16/10 sqmm, 4/2 core cable with glands, including MCB SP 0.5 to 2.5 Amps, terminal 4 way connector (Bus bar type) and fixing to the street light pole with suitable size of clamp, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified.

M&L for security light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade, 32 mm dia, 1.5 mtr long and bent to suitable shape for fixing of security light fitting fixed on wall/pole including 02 Nos of MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 32 X 4 mm thick strip with nuts & bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Boring of holes for laying GI pipes of size 80mm bore under road, pavement, hard standing for laying pipe for crossing cable including getting out, disposal of rubbish off to a distance upto 50 Mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing RCC LT cable route indicator of size 75cmx40cmx10cm duly marked with LT cable made of cement concreted (1:2:4) type B-1 as in foundation of electric poles/struts/ etc including necessary form work, fair finished embedded in PCC bed including necessary excavation and re-filling complete all as specified and directed

Supply Install, testing and commissioning LT Distribution Panel (CPRI type tested) cubicle type of suitable size with IP-56, Outdoor type conforming to IS 5039 factory fabricated prewired made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories/fittings compart-mentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming / outgoing MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC support. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC support having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/interconnections shall colour coated sleeves. The cubicle shall have frame work at bottom of MS channel MC 100 fixed to the top of platform. The platform for LT panel shall be pedestal type of suitable width and 600 mm height above ground level and minimum 400 mm below the ground level constructed with Bricks (sub class ‘B’) work duly plastered in CM 1:3 and PCC copping (1:2:4) not less than 50mm thick over brick pedestal with adequate opening for entry of cable complete as per manufacture recommendation and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. A detachable gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands, the panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphate treatment, front & back opening type and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plate to LT Panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following:- Incomer of LT panel :- (i) Aluminium TPN Bus bar strip of rating 400 Amp fixed on epoxy insulator – 04Nos (ii) Incoming Adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic with short circuit breaking capacity 35 KA, 250 Amp, 4 Pole, 415 Volt -01 No
