Providing, fitting and replacement of electro-mechanical components of pumping machinery at LIS Nikowal Old.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of dry type automatic star delta starter for 40 HP ( L&T/ Havells/ Siemens) at Lift irrigation station Nikowal old for pumping unit no I, the starter should consists of sheet metal enclosure inclusive of single phase preventer, 3 no’s contactors of 70 ampere rating with relay range of 45-75 A, along with auxiliary contacts conforming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, over load relay, timer, one number volt meter, one number ampere meter , on / off switch, phase indicators etc. The job includes fitting of starter on wall by way of drilling holes, fitting of fasteners. Providing and fitting of 25 sq mm copper cable from motor to starter-55 meters, dividing of cable in 6 equal parts and thimbling the copper cables with 25 sq mm copper thimbles with help of crimping tool and cover the flexible copper cable with heavy duty PVC sleeve. Making connections from starter to motor. Providing and fitting of 250 mm diameter sluice valve on delivery side of pumping unit installed at lift irrigation station by way of cutting existing delivery and welding of 250 mm dia plate flanges on both ends. Providing and fitting of flanged ends cast iron sluice valve with PN 1.6 conforming to IS14846 on delivery side of the pumping unit with rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts on the delivery pipeline.Complete job includes cost of material, skilled/ semi skilled labour, transportation charges, carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load. Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of dry type star delta starter 415 v, 50 hz, 3 phase ( L&T/ Siemens / Schneider electric) for 50 hp motor compatible with pumping unit at Lift irrigation station Seelam for pumping unit, the starter should consists of sheet metal enclosure inclusive of single phase preventer, 3 no’s contactors along with auxiliary contacts conforming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, over load relay, timer, one number voltmeter, one number ampere meter, on / off switch, phase indicators etc. The job includes fitting of starter on wall by way of drilling holes, fitting of fasteners. Providing and fitting of 25 sq. mm copper cable from starter to motor – 6 no ‘s of 4 meter each in length and thimbling the copper cables with 25 sq mm copper thimbles with help of crimping tool and cover the flexible copper cable with PVC sleeve. Making connections from starter to motor. Providing and fitting of 2 no’s 50 watt LED light with MS clamps for fitting on wall inside and outside pumping room, the job involves providing and fitting 1 mm copper cable for connections. Providing and fitting of on/off switches for lights. Providing and fitting of 350 mm diameter sluice valve on delivery side of pumping unit no. III installed at lift irrigation station by way of cutting existing delivery and welding of 350 mm dia plate flanges on both ends. Providing and fitting of flanged ends cast iron sluice valve on delivery side of the pumping unit with rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts on the delivery pipeline. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, carriage charges and tools required for the job.
