SH-I : SITC Work SITC of Voice Alarm Router/ Expander is a zone expansion device connects to the main controller (as mentioned in item no. 1) and addition of up to minimum 6 zones and 12-input contacts with connectivity of call stations, CE complied/ EN 54-16 certified & suitable to operate on 220-240 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply complete as required.

SH-I : SITC Work SITC of minimum 480W power amplifier, 70V/ 100V in exisiting 19' U rack and having 4-16 ohm loudspeaker load, frequency response: 70 Hz to 18kHz or better, distortion <1% or better, CMRR>25dB or better, dual inputs with priority switching, forced air cooling with fan for ventilation, either in-build battery back-up with automatic switchover OR suitable external battery backup for 30 minutes with automatic switchover facility OR provision of connection to existing UPS supply and CE complied/ EN 54-16 certified & suitable to operate on 220-240 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply complete as required. (The scope includes dismantling of existing amplifiers and handed over to concerned AAI official)

SH-I : SITC Work Supplying and drawing of 2.5 sqmm. size & 24 core FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor armored control cable in the existing surface / recessed cable tray including connections and interconnections etc. as required.

SH-I : SITC Work Supplying and installing of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. complete as required with all accessories. 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

SH-II : AICAMC for 5 Years All Inclusive Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AICAMC) for Public Address System installed at DATS Complex, IGI Airport comprising of items installed as per SH-I and other associate components etc. including monthly engineer visits for checking entire PA system serviceability, carrying out periodically cleaning & maintenance as per manufacturer recommendations and unlimited breakdown call/ complaint visits (24x7) by experienced engineers including replacement of spares etc. complete as required for smooth operation of complete system. The scope of work also includes checking & servicing of metal cabinet multitapping wall mounted speaker, round metal multitapping ceiling suspended speaker, associted circuit wiring and other accessories etc. (not covered in SH-I but associated with the system as per the inventory list attached).

For 1st year after DLP Period (5% of Capital Cost i.e. Total of Item no. 1 to 8)

For 2nd Year after DLP Period (5% escalation w.r.t. 1st Year)

For 3rd Year after DLP Period (5% escalation w.r.t. 2nd Year)

For 4th Year after DLP Period (5% escalation w.r.t. 3rd Year)

For 5th Year after DLP Period (5% escalation w.r.t. 4th Year)

Replacement of existing unserviceable 6W round metal multitapping ceiling suspended speaker ( Model: RCSS/FTS/ RNS 5/T; make: Ateis) with similar speaker of prefferd make as and when required.

Replacement of existing unserviceable 6W metal cabinet multitapping wall mounted speaker ( Model: Sentry6; make: Ateis) with similar speaker of preffred make as and when required.
