M&L for false ceiling of plain gypsum board 12mm thick including frame made out of MSGI BPS grade angle 24mmx24mmx0.35, ‘T’ section 24mmx25mmx0.30mm and main runner ‘T’ section 24mmx38mmx0.43 complete with angle fixed to wall with rawl plug 100mm long of maximum 600mm c/c, hanging with 2.50/3.00 mm dia GI wire suspenders fixed to ceiling with 80mm long rawl plug providing 1 No per Sqm complete with painting two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer and preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge

S&F POP decorative cornice 100mm size of approved design and pattern fixing along wall and ceiling junction all as specified.

S&F for solid PVC wall lining (Paneling) consisting of 5mm thick wood gain printed & coloured PVC Sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at wall on PVC frame as per manufacturers instruction and complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall and make PVC frame/grid manufacturers instruction and complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L snap grid ceiling with 19mm thick semi - perforated edge 60x60cm in ceiling board over GI grid prelude XL 24 mm grid main runner height 37mm and secondary runner height 30mm including 2.6mm/2.8mm GI wire suspenders of suitable length as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brickwork or stone work/boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified

M&L for precast cement concrete, type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate ) masonary with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Joist channel, angle, MS pipe or tee sections fixed independently, without conneted plated etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone agg for fencing post etc.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

M & L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary & counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment GDE Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut, but length of bolts exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long of Diameter of shank 11 to 15mm

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel /AC sheets in roof coverings any type complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old Roof sheet CGI/ PGI Sheet complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old Roof sheet CGI/ PGI Sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S & F fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side help fixed with coach screw and washer in roof , wall etc. including dismantling of old Roof sheet CGI/ PGI Sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( 1st grade quality ) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick sub base or similar items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fo Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation

M&L for 60mm thick coloured rubburised, glossy finish machine pressed interlocking pattern paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

S&F Pre Polished Chequered cement concrete tiles glossy and rubburised finish 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 under tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 , 75 mm thick as in plinth protection, Path, floor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laided bedded and pointed in cement mortar in floors, aprons etc.

M&L Coloured Vitrified tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 all as directed.

All as per item No 30 above but as in skirting over 10 mm thick rendering in cm 1:4

M&L Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per item No 32 above but size exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.16 sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles engraved textrure type or plain in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm / 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick plastering in cm 1:4 complete all as specified.
