SCHEDULE 'A'

Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil and getting out (rate including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance 50 metres outside the periphery of the area all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) exc. 1.5 Km but n. exc. 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes, in hard/dense soil, (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Supplying fabrication and fixing of posts confirming to mild steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets(for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling , bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts, (machine made) dia 5 to 10 mm dia of neck, exc. 5 cm and n.exc 10 cm long , with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing, 4mm dia galvanised steel wire 40mm x 40mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling any size or type all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. Note:- Chain link fencing, line wires and tie bars shall be measured and paid for separately as “supply only”.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed all as specified and directed. Note:-Each line wire to be measured and paid separately

Supply & fixing punched type concertina coil as per latest IS 6745-1972 with galvanized coating and punched type material as per IS deep drawn quality with galvanized coating having medium barbs fixed in position and secured to fence posts/ Y- arm stretched to a length so as to achieve 1050 mm dia as in fencing including fixing with special galvanized fastners such as J clips, U clips fixed at any height of security fence and in between the existing chainlink fence. Size of coil : 1050mm dia/56 loops/2.5mm cire wire. Type of strip : Heavy galvanized conforming to IS 1730 (1989). Zinc coating to strip : 275GSM /sqmm Type of core wire :Heavy galvanized conforming to IS 280-2006 Zinc coating to wire : 240 GSM/sqmm (IS 6745-1972 Reprint 2006) Tensile strength of wire : 180-195-kg/sqmm (IS 4454 part1) Weight : 14.83 kg/coil (+/- 5% tolerance). M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete as in subbase 1:4:8 type D- 2(40mm graded aggregate) including of form work/screed strips and to divide the area in panels all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete as in flooring 1:3:6 type C- 2(40mm graded aggregate) including of form work/screed strips and to divide the area in panels all as specified and directed.

M&L for new steel Surfaces of any description, exc 10cm in width or girth, applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preporation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed
