Arrangement of all required safety equipments i.e. safety belts, folding ladders, safety helmets, gum boots, oxygen masks etc. for safety of manpower during execution of work as the work is to be carried out in 12 mtr. deep dry sump of sewage pumping station

Closing of sluice valve size 700 mm dia from the suction side of the pump set no 1 & 2 with the help of manual labour to avoid flooding from suction side in the dry sump.

Dismantling of NRV size 600 mm dia, delivery sluice valve size 600 mm dia & bend from delivery line of pump set no 1 & 2 as per site requirement to de-silt the deliery line, with cutting all the rusted nuts and bolts by using grinder, gas cutter & other required tool & tackles as per site requirement and taking out with the help of heavy manual labor.

Fixing of dead flange at open end of delivery side in main header line after removing of sluice valve, NRV & bend from the main header line to avoid flooding from wet sump & back flow from main header line of 900 mm, including the work of removing the dead flange after completion of work.

Cleaning of silt accumulated inside the delivery line of the pump set with the help of required tools and tackles and manual labour. The job also includes lifting the silt from the dry sump which is approximate 12 mtr. deep and dump the same in the low land area inside the premises of the SPS as per direction of engineer in-charge.

Dewatering of contained water in the header line of 900 mm dia.

Supply of nut bolts & washer of various sizes as per site requirement.

Supply of neoprene rubber sheet

Painting of the complete m.s. support system by minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & colour as per DJB colour code.

Re-fixing of sluice valve size 600 mm dia, NRV size 600 mm dia and bend after cleaning of silt with the help of manual labour and fixing of new nut-bolts as per requirement. The job also i/c making of the civil foundation of the bend if damage during the execution of work for proper strength of bend as per site requirement.

Opening of 700 mm size suction sluice valve of the pump set set no 1 & 2 with the help of manual labour including testing and commissioning of the pump sets on load for satisfactory performance of the pump set after making of connection of electrical cable for the motor & slipring etc.
