Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filiing in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe of outer dia 120mm and inner dia 103 mm , IS marked with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like socket, coupler, bends, tees, etc., for protection of cable complete all as specified as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm surrounded by charcoal & salt buried directly in a pit of depth not less than 1.5m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50m below ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32x6mm upto 7.5m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) & connected to main control board including necessary excavation & earth work, disposal of surplus soil not exceeding 50m, in any type of soil. (The rate also includes for cost of charcoal & salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness, 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering, funnel, wiremesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 cover & frame etc) including GI protecton pipe for earth lead complete all as indicated in electric plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part I including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to walls, on battens or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32x6mm dia GI complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4, M-20 grade) for foundation of DG set as recommended by the Genset Manufacturer/OEM/OEA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F on load change over switch, 80 Amp capacity, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50Hz, conforming to IS: 13947 part 3/93, handle operated, arc chute plates to quench arc within the switch, with and including MS sheet metal enclosure having advance neutral complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of diesel Engine driven generating set of min 62.5 KVA capacity 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 1500 RPM conforming to relevant IS Codes, AC power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common MS base frame with sturdy design complete with AMF panel, integral acoustic enclosure-sound proof canopy (should have silent features as per latest CPCB norms), fuel tank with draw-out/drag-out facility for easy cleaning, SMPS power supply unit of relevant Amperage and Voltage for Battery Charging in case of non-operation for long periods, long life in all weather conditions & for outdoor application/installation, incl battery & standard accessories, and 5 Years Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Package by OEM/Manufacturer including consumables and unlimited visits by service engineer all as specified and as directed with following specification :-

(A) ENGINE : Liquid Cooled, electric start, 4 Stroke, min 4 cylinders cold starting, TCI aspirated, compression ignition, totally enclosed diesel engine at 1500 RPM developing min 67 BHP capacity to match min 62.5 KVA alternator under NTP conditions as per ISO 8528 Part-I with provision of 10% over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running confirming to IS: 10000/ISO 3046/ BS: 649/ BS: 554 amended up to date, the Engine shall consist of the following :- (i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel or as per manufacturer's standard. (ii) Coolant cooling system complete. (iii) Air cleaner as per manufacturer's standard. (iv) Fuel injectors and fuel pump as per manufacturer's standard. (v) Electronic/ mechanical governor as per manufacturer's standard to maintain engine speed at all conditions of load. (vi) Fuel service tank of minimum 185 Ltr capacity fabricated from MS sheet with draw-out/drag-out facility, inlet outlet connections air vent tap, level indiactor, MS fuel piping from tank to engine with valves, unions, reducers, flexible hose connections, mounting pedestals, fuel filters incl all as per manufacturer's design. (vii) Dry exhaust manifold with suitable exhaust residential grade silencer to reduce noise level as per CPCB norms (viii) Battery charging alternator unit along-with SMPS PSU and voltage regulator, suitable for starting. (ix) Gear driven oil pump for lubricating oil, priming of engine bearing, as well as fuel systems as per manufacturer's recommendation. (x) Natually aspirated/turbo charger as per manufacturer's standard.

(xi) Lubricaton oil coolers and filters with replaceable elements as per manufacturer's standard (xii) Crank case heater with manufacturer's recommendation. (xiii) All moving parts of the engine shall be mechanically guarded in such a manner that a human finger cannot touch any moving part (xiv) Radiator as per manufacturer's standard. (xv) Engine control panel having digital display complete with :- (aa) Start/stop key switch (ab) Lubricating oil pressure indication (ac) Lubricating oil temperature indication (ad) Water temperature indication (ae) RPM indication (af) Engine hours indication (ag) Battery charging indication (ah) Low lub oil trip indication (aj) High water temp indication (ak) Over speed indication (xvi) Any other item not included/specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer. (B) ALTERNATOR (i) Alternator of capacity 62.5 KVA at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor, 3Ph, 415 V, 50 Hz, H Class insulated winding, IP-23 protection, Close-direct-coupled, self-excited and self-regulated type, screen protected, mounted on rigid MS sheet channel base frame, alternator shall be confirming to IS: 13364, IS: 4722, BS-5000, IEC: 34 and suitable for tropical condition.

(ii) Type : Self exited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator (electronic type) (iii) Rating : 62.5 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 pole horizontal at NTP condition. (iv) Speed : 1500 RPM (v) System : 415 Volt +/- 5 % AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz. (vi) Connection : 4 wire star connected. (vii) Enclosure : Screen protected drip proof. (viii) Ventilation : Self ventilated (ix) Anti friction bearings (x) AVR output voltage within +/- 1% (C) CONTROL PANEL The control panel is to be inside canopy and fabricated out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet cubicle type totally enclosed, powder coated, IP-53 protection, equipped with MCCB of suitable capacity, voltage metering & safety, frequency meter metering & safety, ampere metering & safety, fuel level gauge in % metering , Lub oil pressure metering, high water temp metering, engine RPM metering, Power metering, Power factor metering, set of suitable CTs, toggle switch, idicating LED lamps , incoming and outgoing terminals all as specified by manufacturer and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(D) ONE SET OF ACCESSORIES COMPRISING OF :- (a) Base frame of sturdy design and necessary reinforcement with built-in diesel tank as per manufacturer's standard. (i) Fuel tank of sheet metal complete with drain valve, air vent, inlet, outlet connections, and mechanical gauge. (ii) One No battery 12V charged with connecting leads of suitable capacity as per manufacturer's standard. (iii) Fuel tank should be of draw-out/drag-out facility for easy cleanout. (iv) SMPS PSU for battery charging in case of non-running of DG set for long periods. (v) 5 Years Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Package by OEM/Manufacturer including consumables and unlimited visits by service engineer.
