A-SUPPLY AND ERECTION

Fabrication, assembling and supply erection & commissioning of double pole 1 structure for terminating 33 KV HTUG cable (9.10 mtr. long PSCC poles) / 9.5 mtr long RCC pole) with MS channel cross arm with 33 KV disc insulators - 3 sets, MS channel, support angles and cross bracing made of MS angles, GI nuts, bolts, clamps, etc. and other accessories as per HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Fabrication, assembling and supply erection & commissioning of four pole structure 2 for terminating 33 KV HTUG cable (9.10 mtr. long PSCC poles) / 9.5 mtr long RCC pole) with MS channel cross arm with 33 KV disc insulators - 3 sets, MS channel, support angles and cross bracing made of MS angles, GI nuts, bolts, clamps, etc. and other accessories as per HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Transportation, Laying, testing & commissioning of 33 KV(E) HTUG XLPE cable, round armored, manufactured by triple extrusion dry cured process, of size 3cx400 sqmm sheathed cable as per specification(cable will be supplied by railway Stores of SSE/E/CN/BNC)

Supply fixing & commissioning of out door type end termination kit for 3cx400 sqmm HTUG cable 33 KV, as per HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Supply fixing & commissioning of Indoor type end termination kit for 3cx400 sqmm HTUG cable 33 KV, as per HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Supply fixing & commissioning of Thyrite type lightning arrestors, station type for 33 KV system for RYB phases with GI strip for earth connection HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Supply fixing & commissioning of Gang Operated Switch for 33 KV rating for RYB phases as per specification with support frame assembly as per HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Supply fixing & commissioning of DOLO fuse unit for 33 KV rating for RYB phases HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Supply erection & commissioning of rigid PVC pipe 150mm inner die heavy duty for raising cable protection as per HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Fabrication, assembling and supply erection & commissioning of 9.10 mtr. long PSCC / 9.5 mtr long RCC single pole structure with 2 way cross arm, duly painted, single top support, 33 KV pin insulators - 3 Nos. with fixing hardware's HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Fabrication, assembling supply and erection of 9 mtr. / 9.10 mtr. long RCC / PSCC strut pole with its hardware parts and all accessories HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Assembling and supply of stay set with stay tightener, stay rod, stay clamp, stay insulator, stay wire etc. complete set as per HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Provision of spiral earthing arrangement as per HESCOM standards and using salt, charcoal, etc. complete

Excavation of cable loose coil pit for 11KV / 33KV cable as per HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Supply of 90 KN disc insulator for 33 KV (11 KV disc insulators 3 Nos. in series for 33 KV including metal parts for one set) for additional qty. required.

Supply fixing & commissioning of 33 KV pin insulator including hardware's (additionally required).

Supply stringing & commissioning of ACSR Coyote conductor of size 26/2.54mm (Aluminum) and 7/1.90mm (Steel) as per HESCOM / KPTCL specification and ISI approved.

Supply & fixing of 33KV HT Cross arm including accessories.

Dismantling of SP structure (RCC / PSCC / steel poles) for 33 KV and handing over to HESCOM authorities. Handing over material list should be submitted to this office.

Releasing and restringing of adjacent span with materials of single or double circuit for 33 KV on either side of crossing spans to the newly created terminal structure.

Cutting and removal of existing OH span / crossing span with materials of single or double circuit for 33 KV, with or without guarding and handing over of released materials to ESCOM stores. Handing over material list should be submitted to this office.

Trenchless cutting to lay the HTUG cable for crossing the track / road duly drawing 22 160mm (OD) size PE.80,PN.6 HDPE pipe ISI approved as per instruction of Engr in charge (Scope includes cost for horizontal drilling, cost of pipe and laying of pipe etc. But charge for laying of cable is not included).

Pipe Earthing arrangements as per specification for 33kV system.

Earth work by excavation of pit for CC foundation to erect the HT/LT poles (for DP/SP structures) / RCC spun pole / strut pole/Stay set/Including of all type of pole in any type of soil( for LT,HT and 33KV category).

Carrying / provision of CC foundation of 1:3:6 ratio for erecting poles of SP/DP 25 structure / RCC spun pole (for LT/11 KV / 33 KV capacity) / strut pole/All type of Poles/Stay set foundation including shattering as per HESCOM standards & Specifications. 7680051.0

Supply Erection testing and commissioning of 6 Way RMU (33KV), 2 OD + 4 VL (One Incomer + Four Breakers + One Outgoing) with PCC/RCCC plinth as per HESCOM standards & detailed technical Specifications attached.

Supply and fixing of GI flat 25x3mm size for earth connection for 11 KV system (qty. excluded for LA connection)as per HESCOM standards & Specifications.

Provision of cable markers (cable route indicator) as per drawing No. CSTE/CN/OFC/1 28 including digging of pit to depth of 800mm of size e 300mm x 300mm, casting concrete foundation of size e 300mm x 300mm x 300mm and placing of RCC cable markers on top of the foundation and refilling it, the lettering on the cable marker shall be as per the instruction of Railway representative at site.
