SCH 'A' PART-I

Taking down geyser of any capacity from wall mountings after disconnecting electrical and water connections to carry out repairs. Refixing of geyser of any capacity to wall mountings and making elect and water connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under resp items. (ii) Spare parts shall be of OEM or equivalent approved make.

Taking out complete internal assy i.e. inner tank, inlet and outlet assy, heating element, thermostat etc, of geyser of capacity 25 litres, de-scaling the geyser inner tank using appropriate chemical (descaling agent), cleaning and washing complete accessories, reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to Almn/steel inner container of geyser of 25 ltr capacity by necessary welding/brazing to check the water leakage, testing by applying specified air pressure to ensure leak proof, reassembling of compete geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of apparatus plate assembly of brass suitable for 25 ltr capacity geyser with collar, gasket, inlet and outlet facilities, housing to accommodate heating element, thermostat, thermal cut out complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of drilling work, fixing accessories like nuts, bolt, washer/check nut etc and taking down and refixing of geyser are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only thermostate switch for geyser 25 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only heating element 1.5 KW, A/C 230 Volts (Cup/Triangular Type), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only heating element 2 KW, A/C 230 Volts (Cup/Triangular Type), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only safety valve/fusible plug(brass) 15 mm bore for geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only (Neon) Indicator lamp (red/green) round/rectangular type for geyser, all as specified and as directed.

S & F only PVC heavy duty hot and cold water pipe 450mm long fixed both side with brass ferrule nuts for 25/50 ltrs capacity geysers for inlet/out let pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rewinding of ceiling Fan complete upto 1400 mm sweep with heavy duty super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, greasing etc. cutting and removing the old burnt winding complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- replacement of unserviceable parts like capacitor, bearing, bush, hanging clamp, reel & nut bolt etc measured and paid separately.

All as per item no-11 here in before but Exhaust Fan upto 300 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Disconnecting from socket out lets split type/window AC of capacity upto 2 ton of any brand, servicing by dusting, cleaning of indoor and out door units, rectifying gas leakage by applying necessary brazing, adjusting and rectifying faulty operation of elect and electronic remote control panels, replacing of perished elect wires for proper connection from voltage stabilizer, reinstalling the units to its original position, replacement of remote cell and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Disconnecting from socket out lets cassette type split AC of capacity upto 3 ton of any brand, servicing by dusting, cleaning of indoor and out door units, rectifying gas leakage by applying necessary brazing, adjusting and rectifying faulty operation of elect and electronic remote control panels, replacing of perished elect wires for proper connection from voltage stabilizer, reinstalling the units to its original position, replacement of remote cell and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.

Dismantling of old unserviceable compressor from split type AC 2 ton, supply and fixing new hermetically sealed unit compressor of same specifications including necessary recharging of refrigerant and brazing etc and provision of new bushes grommets, sleeves, washers, mounting rubbers, nuts & bolts terminal covers & clips and testing all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable compressor from split type AC 1.5 ton, supply and fixing new hermetically sealed unit compressor of same specifications including necessary recharging of refrigerant and brazing etc and provision of new bushes grommets, sleeves, washers, mounting rubbers, nuts & bolts terminal covers & clips and testing all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable compressor from water cooler 40/80 ltr capacity. supply and fixing new hermetically sealed unit compressor of same specifications including necessary recharging of refrigerant and brazing etc and provision of new bushes grommets, sleeves, washers, mounting rubbers, nuts & bolts terminal covers & clips and testing all as specified and directed.

Supply only split out door fins type aluminium condensor of capacity 2 Ton, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Starting capacitor 80/100 mfd, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Running capacitor 36 mfd, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Running capacitor 45/50 mfd + 06 mfd, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting out door type split unit of 1.5/2 TR capacity and refixing the same with supply and fixing new mounting bracket made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick angle iron frame including PCC and masonary work, reconnecting the copper pipe with new insulation to the indoor and out door unit and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, insulation tube (size 1/4"/1/2") for split type AC to insulation copper pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring for light, bell, fan, socket outlet, complete in all respect including fittings such as wooden battens junction boxes, round blocks Bakelite sheets, and making good to the disturbed surface of wall, ceiling or floor etc to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing DB TPN/SPN any type of any capacity including MCBs and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing serviceable light fittings any type of any capacity removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area), single core, flame retardant low smoke (FRLS), PVC insulated and un sheathed cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI 694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC concealed conduit medium grade, suitable for light/bell/fan point terminated in and including mild steel terminal boxes covered with new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet and controlled by one switch including flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated un sheathed multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The cost of making good to the disturbed surfaces to match with the adjacent surfaces shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per srl item No 61 here in before but for multi pin socket outlet 5 Amps multi purpose on the same board with other switches including continuous earth wire PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm & connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. All as per srl item No 61 here in before for multipin socket outlet 5 Amps multi purpose on independent board using 2.5 sqmm and 1.5 sqmm multitranded copper conductor cable for wiring and earth continuity conductor respectively complete all as specified and directed. Material & Labor for servicing/maintenance of Fire alarm control Panel (FACP), 32 bit microprocessor based intelligent adversable fire alarm control system with single loop with battery backup (2x24)Hrs, 17 AH SMC battery ones in three months all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, Servicing of all multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination photoelectric as per exact locations with the help of manufacturer's instructions and testing for exact fault locations including cleaning through air blower then reinstalling complete all as specified and directed every six month complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair or replacement of Indoor addressable detectors complying with and type certified to EN-54 Addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination photoelectric/optical with base with self built intelligence all as specified and as directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II

Supply laying & testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs complete of size 25 Sqmm nominal cross section x 3.5 core including taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 101 above but Size 35 Sqmm X 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 101 above but Size 95 Sqmm X 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/through pipes under road, floor/on wall/on pole or any other indicated place & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sqmm including taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches as cable covers including taking down old unsv covers complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, or for shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, cable laying, sewage/water lines etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling, well ramming completed all as specified and directed.

S&F Sub-Class B Brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of Cable laid in Trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs steel tubes, galvanized, light grade, ISI marked 80mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting bituminous road/path for passing of elect cable through GI pipes and making good to the cut surfaces by concreting with PCC 1:3:6 to match with the adjacent surfaces complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs MCCB 4 pole, 415 volt 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 kA, adjustable type 415 V, 50 Hz, all as directed.

M&L in repair for Air break Switch triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level copper earth lead strip 20 x 3mm size by mean of nut/bolt and washer of copper as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including exc & earth work in any type of soil, disposal of soil, providing alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, construction of pcc earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnelled wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 15mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed at site. Taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker SF 6) of capacity 11 KV comprising of following repairs, overhauling, servicing and refixing the same after repairs/overhauling:- (a) Tripping off the breaker, lowering the breaker with raising/lowering handle and pulling out the breaker complete from the panel along with the trolley/SF6 for servicing/inspection/overhauling (b) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of automatic safety shutter operation for serviceability and replacement of spares if required. (c) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of circuit spout and circuit spout connections for RYB phases and replacement of spares if required. S & F in repair protection Relay CSDPR-V2 suitable for 11 KV HT panel SF 6 complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning, desludging and removing of all scales and dirt from OH Pressed Steel Tank of capacity 9600 gallons installed at height of 40' staging and write (size of lettering 75 mm height) on indicated space at a height 3.5 mtr from ground level(ie. DATE OF CLEANING................, CAPACITY OF TANK ..................etc.) in black synthetic paint over white synthetic enamel paint all as directed and specified. Note:- (a) Cost of staging/working platform involved shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (b) consumption of bleaching powder for cleaning of each tank shall not be less than 12 Kg (c) Maximum two times cleaning of each tank in entire C.A. period (Measured separately each time).

Labour only for cleaning of under ground sump of capacity 40KL, including removal/taking out of sludge, cleaning of side wall by jute with necessary bleaching powder, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of staging/working platform, bleaching powder involved shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F in repairs steel water tubing medium grade galvanized, with all fittings laid in trenches of size 40 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work if required will be measured and paid separately.
