Providing scaffolding for dismantling the iron & steel structural material including cost of consumables and T&P’s hire charges.

Dismantling the ACC sheet in conveyor roof and side galleries from existing hopper to ground level by cutting and removing the “L” clamps, nuts & bituminous washers including cost of consumables and T&Ps hire charges.

Cleaning the interior of the hopper free from coal, sand, earth, etc for dismantling the hopper including cost of consumables and T&Ps hire charges.

Dewatering the emergency conveyor below the ground level of size: 15.2 x 5.5 x 6.88m removing the debris & slag from the emergency conveyor and transporting the slag & debris to low lying area including cost of consumables and T&Ps hire charges.

Dismantling of steel structural such as ISA, ISMC, ISMB, M.S.sealing plate, walkway platform and hand rails in conveyor of coal handling system including hire charges of crane, winch T&P’s and consumables and transportation & devoluation of scrap material (30MT) to NCTPS-I store.

Providing soling/paving with Reject coal stone for filling the hopper pit of 15.2 x 5.5 x 6.88m depth to the required level, packing with spalls and wedges of rejected coal stone, including filling, labour, all leads, lifts, etc, complete including cost of consumables and T&Ps hire charges.
