Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Supplying and filling with quary dust in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. complete including all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia PVC pipes (4kg / cm2) in weep holes including cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate ) and filling of pebbles etc.,

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes - 110 mm diameter

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - bend 87.5 degree - 110 mm bend

Raising manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damages as required (raising depth of manhole to be paid separately) - rectangular manhole 90x80 cm with rectangular cover 600x450 mm of grade LD - 2.5

Supplying and fixing of cast iron grill work including entrance CI gate of in builtup tubular section, flats, angles, round and square bars pipes and solid designed shapes including cost of welding charges fixing in position with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) and in concrete work including cost of matching/grinding/turning work to make the surface smooth and to bring the intrigate shape as per the design and drawing etc., complete.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface , etc.complete - on steel work

Making of bund wall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quary rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/diversion arrangement. The rate includes the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose working in or under foul/slush condition ,in or under water and / or liquid mud, including pumping out water as required all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Disposal of debris within a lead of 5Km radius beyond the intial lead of 50m and filling up in the low lying area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of grey granite benches having two supporting stones of size 0.285 x 0.285 x 0.41m and a top slab of size 1.40m x 0.45 x 0.1m. The rate to include the cost of granite stone, dressing loading and unloading incidental charges for 3 line dressing on all exposed surfaces of the pillars and stone slab as per design pattern. The rate includes earthwork fixing in 10cm thick PCC 1:4:8 labour for shifting, fixing in position complete all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge
