Supply, Laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core with all fixing & connecting accessories including taking down old unserviceable cable from the existing cable trenches through excavation complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Excavation shall be measured and paid separately under the relevent item. (ii) Mechanical excavation is not allowed in this work due to the presence of existing live cable lines and hence manual excavation only is allowed. (iii) The rate quoted by the bidders shall include the cable glands and aluminium thimbles for item Srl No 1 to 10.

Supply and fixing/laying in replacement 80 mm bore, steel tubings galvanised, light grade with all fittings fixing along the electric laing in trench or pole / wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing/laying in replacement 50 mm bore, steel tubings galvanised, light grade with all fittings fixing along the electric laing in trench or pole / wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing/laying in replacement 40 mm bore, steel tubings galvanised, light grade with all fittings fixing along the electric laing in trench or pole / wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT heat shrink straight throught jointing kit suitable for 6 to 16 sqmm 3.5/4 core PVC/XLPE cables 1.1 KV grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and and fixing in replacement LT heat shrink straight throught jointing kit suitable for 25 to 50 sqmm 3.5/4 core PVC/XLPE cables 1.1 KV grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and and fixing in replacement LT heat shrink straight throught jointing kit suitable for 70 to 150 sqmm 3.5/4 core PVC/XLPE cables 1.1 KV grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and and fixing in replacement LT heat shrink straight throught jointing kit suitable for 185 to 300 sqmm 3.5/4 core PVC/XLPE cables 1.1 KV grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable or for pole etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mechanical excavation is not allowed in this work due to the presence of existing live cable lines and hence manual excavation only is allowed.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite partricles etc as per IS 1255 1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Bricks, sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting of roads exceeding 15cm and not exceeding 30cm girth without reinforcement and trimming surfacecomplete all as specified and as directed.
