Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with approved colour code multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable of size 1.5 Sqmm ,1100 volts grade, two run of single core cable for phase & neutral and one run of single core multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable of size 1.5 Sqmm ,1100 volts grade for earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly in and including new concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit of suitable size but not less than 20 mm dia and including new modular sunken box and suitable size of frame, cover plate for mounting switch, socket and regulator fixed on surface flush with wall , comprising of One light /bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch or one fan point controlled by one switch &fan regulator, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rate is inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces by provding by wall putty/POP after mason work and finshing to match the original and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Note :Unit rate is inclusive of cutting chases in wall /foor/PCC and making good the disturbed surfaces to match the original and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
