M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat 5 Kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed in bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binders 9.80 Kg/10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well ramming (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30 mm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Grade VG-10) using paving bitumen at 10 Kg/10 Sqm surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-10 with bitumen content @ 4% by weight of total mix laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 tonne power road roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Grade VG-10) using paving bitumen at 5 Kg/10 Sqm surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40 mm consolidated thickness Bituminous Premixed dense ashphaltic concrete using paving bitumen (VG-10) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete by using mechanical power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 5.5% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 5.5% than minimum binder content of 5.5% given herein above shall be provided.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to floor or for laying of floor finishes or similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick sand cushioning under floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, apron and laid/bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Gradeto IS 15658 - 2006 filled with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundations etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3, including making, joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening where required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA-972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions and also complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 x 150 x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
