Demolition of brick work / stone masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins, arches, and pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm in (below or above Ground floor) etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, path and hard standing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts of any description, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground as in natural ground etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each n. exc 0.50 cum, getting out, as in soft disintegrated rock and removing the surplus soil n.exc 50 mtr distance etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Mild steel angle iron fixed independently, without connecting plates etc as in fencing posts confirming to Fe 410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of new steel surfaces etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as filling mass concrete in fencing post etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing of any description and in any position etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining blots, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel flat iron cut to length, bent to shape as required including hooking ends or welding ends, fixed independently in angle iron posts conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix galvanised, 2 strands, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 100 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining resecuring of existing galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 100 mm spacing’s and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending as directed and to be fixed as in chain link fencing and confirming to Fe 410 W etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other ends, or screwed both ends, each screwed ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut 5 cm long, dia of shank 10 mm , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 50 mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid with Grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, 300 mm dia, laid and jointed complete with collars, all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, 450 mm dia, laid and jointed complete with collars, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.
