Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) of area exc 1.5sqm but n. exc. 4.0 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description of area n exc 1sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description of area exc 1sqm but not exc 2sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Second class hard wood plain solid straight chowkhat and frames, wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Factory made 2nd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters , 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (with divided in to square with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitered and rebated sash bars any numbers), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beeds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Factory made 2nd class hardwood 30mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc for windows, ventilators for etc provided with stiles and rails and divided into square with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8 Clause 8.24(b) supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 125mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibbers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant, and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 35mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension rade), calcium carbonate and natural fibbers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant, complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
