Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 for providing precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match

M & L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surface and applying two coats or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal rsistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shades(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over & including priming coat of extreior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide to steel Surfaces of any description over 10cm grith or width, not otherwise described

M&L for treating with tar or coal tar black paint on ends of posts area exc 0.10 Sqm but not exc 0.5 Sqm each complete all as specified.

Returning filling including spreading,levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.in any type of soil

Removing of excavated material n. exc.250m and n.exc 500m depositing where directed

M&L for Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc as directed.

S & F barbed razor tape concertina coil SG hot galvanized spring tensile wire to particular here-in-after or other equivalent make as approved by GE of UTS 145 to 150 kg/mm^2 and Dia of coil when unstreched 601mm having minimum number of circles 10/Rm,minimum number of clipes 25/RM and minimum weight of coil 1.625 Kg/Rm,hot dip galvanized razor ribbon tape of size 0.50mm thickness,19 mm width before wrapping on central core wire fixed with GI 1.66 mm clips and special nut bolts to hold two coils together and extra 2 rows parallel wire of 10 gauge tied by binding wire whreever complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in-charge

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165

M&L for Broken glass coping on top of walls in CM 1:3

M&L for walling random rubble masonry,uncoursed,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thicknes (below or above ground level)

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete in C1 type (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and finished even and smooth with using extra cement.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 75 mm thick (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

30mm thick Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation as an Sand Cushoining under interlocking tiles.

M&L for Machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking 80mm thick precast cement grade M-35 with grey cement and pigment having compresive strength 35 N/mm2 laid with over sand cushinig after consolitation set and level the tiles on proper level with interlocking complete all as specified and directed. Note Sand Cushoining will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item. Note : A sum of Rs 36,750.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducted to arrive the contract sum
