Dismantling of Wrought iron or Mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for such as fencing posts, gates, roof truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each in soft /loose soil not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50mtr and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and posts concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E - 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concreting, complete all as specified and directed.

Stone Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 and pointing the dressed surface with same mortar as the work proceeds all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 hereinbefore but except stone all as specified and directed.

Broken stone / boulders loose filling with aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm in back of walls complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling for Granite or Trap stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought up to courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm all as specified and directed.

Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, any size and any type of strandard rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete, all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of strandard rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one ends and screwed the other ends, or screwed both ends, each screwed ends, to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exceeding 5cm long, diameter of shank 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces of Steel and iron work, treated with two coats of tar or coal tar black paint all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness including floor finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork, stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for such as RCC post, manholes, landings etc (reinforcement to be cut as required to facilitate demolition and removing debris to distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, layer complete all as specified and directed

Removing of excavated soil/ material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footing, foundations, beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc., basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masnory with solid block exceeding 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

PCC type C1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate over platform, bed blocks for hold fast, and like of any description, over 10mm in width or grith not otherwise described all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete in surface channels and drains finished even and smooth of type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or PCC block masonry work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) frame for fixing louvres and similar work including necessary form work and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

75mm thick plain Cement concrete type C-1 , 1:3:6, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and hard standing finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1, 1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregate for beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of steel Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. Fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as speicified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, base of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work; vertical or to batter flat surface rough finished complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over grade Fe 500/ Fe 500 D, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 33 hereinbefore but 6mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces, plastered or unplastered on new wall surface and applying two coats of white wash on new wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20-22 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, steps etc over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushion 50mm thick and well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

Machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubberised any shape and size conforming to IS- 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel works in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle) including distance pieces, cleats etc.of grade Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet as in ridge of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.
