Removing the existing transformer from the plinth / Pole and refixing the same transformer of 500 KVA capacity

Loading and Unloadng of transformer of 500KVA from Alampur Transformer yard ( site ) to Workshop or vice verse

Routine maintenance of 500 KVA transformer in operation covering insulation resistance oil, break down strength. Reconditioning / replacement of silicazel, cleaning of transformer and topping upto oil level if required (extra cost will be paid for oil).

Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of top cover plate of transformer having 500 KVA capacity

Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of bushing for the 500KVA Transformer capacity(L.T.)

Replacing LT bushing metal parts for 500 KVA distribution Transformer by new one.

Drying the repaired transformer (500KVA) with appropriate heat / air

Supply of New Transformer oil tested as per IS-335 - 1972

Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of bushing for the 500KVA Transformer capacity H.T.

Replacing HT bushing for 500 KVA distribution Transformer by new one.

Painting with 2 coats Zinchromate red oxide duly scraping existing paint followed by 2 coats of hammerton grey paint etc., (500 KVA)

Replacing HT bushing metal parts for 500 KVA distribution Transformer by new one.

Replacing LT bushing for 500 KVA distribution Transformer by new one.

Filteration of transformer oil as per ISS specifications filters to die electric strength above 40 KV (at workshop)

Coarse aggregate 40-20 mm(excluding Seigniorage charges)
