Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

ITT 3.2 - To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last three years i.e. 2021-22 to 2023-2024)(a) Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as all classes of civil engineering construction & fabrication work of value not less than 50% of the Bill of quantity (Past Experience certificate as Prime Contractor should be obtained from forest divisions duly signed by an officer not below the rank of DCF/equivalent officer)

ITT 3.2 - To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last three years i.e. 2021-22 to 2023-2024(a) Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work1) Transportation (incl. loading & unloading) 50% of the bill of material2) Civil Work (PCC & RCC) 50% of the bill of work3) Earthwork excavation 50% of the bill of work(Executed in any one year (for a continuous period of 12 months), the minimum quantities of work equal to or above 50 lakhs)(Past Experience certificate as Prime Contractor should be obtained from forest divisions duly signed by an officer not below the rank of DCF/equivalent officer)

The Bidder should be executed the following Minimum Machineries1) Concrete mixes Own/Rent 2) Excavators- Hitachi JCB Own/Rent 3) Tippers Own/Rent 4) Vibrator and Tin needles own/rent 5) Water Tanker-own/rent

Achieved at least in two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs (usually double the work estimate cost)

Audit balance sheet for last three financial years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2023-24) with copies of Income Tax returns statement filed.

GST applicable for all works in the tender

Tenderer should produce PWD Contractor Class-1 certificate. Otherwise tender will be rejected

Tenderer should produce Forest Contract Registration Certificate of Malai Mahadeshwara Wildlife Division, Kollegal office for the year 2024-25//any other division for the year 2024-25

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities (Usually 30% of the amount of Contract) for work costing and (Letter of Credit/ Certificates from Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc.
