Dismantling & removing the existing Reinforced Cement Concrete work etc., by using required mechinaries including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m lead, labour charges, as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Carting away the surplus earth and debris to a lead of 16 km.including Loading, unloading and dumping in the Corporation Land as directed during the execution.

Earth Work Excavation and deposting on banks with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, muram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small boulders etc., as per SS 20B excluding hard rock requiring blasting etc., complete in all respects complying with relevent standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers.

Cutting the B.T surface to 5 to 7 cm depth using milling machine, conveying the Milled waste materials to at least for 20 km distance including hire and running charges for the machine, conveyance charges, unloading at unobjectionable place, cleaning the milled surface as to avoid slippery including all other incidental and unforeseen item etc. complete as per the direction of the departmental officers

Formation of Sub grade with carted earth from the approved source as directed by the departmental officers with not less than CBR 6 % including the cost and conveyance of earth to site , spreading the Earth Uniformly in layers of not exceeding 250 mm thick as directed by departmental officers including the compaction each layers to the required density in accordance with IS 2720 part VII at 95 % proctor density for embankment and shoulders keeping the moisture content of earth at the time of compaction within the range of 1% above and 2.5 below the OMC determined and plasticity index value of not more than 20 and liquid limit value not greater than 40 in accordance with IS2720 using required capacity rollers in order to achieve the required density in layers including watering with all leads for water and finishing the surface to line and grades , sections as directed by the departmental officers and including hire charges and running charges for rollers and all other tools and plants employed for the work and all labour charges widening the embankment including the compacting the original ground with the power rollers etc complete

Construction of Granular sub-base of 125mm compacted thickness by providing laying, spreading and compacting of Close graded Material conforming to Grading V of Table 400-1 of MORTH clause 401 ,mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., to achieve minimum CBR value of 30%(Compacted Thickness) in accordance with MORT&H technical specification clause No. 401 and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Construction of Wet Mix Macadam 250mm compacted thickness in two layers by providing , laying , Paving , and compacting of aggregate gradation satisfying to Table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying the physical paraeteres as per MORTH Table 400-12, mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC , carriage of mied material to work site and laid in sensor pavers to the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibratory roller of 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% of Maximum dry density.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over Existing BT surface using 2.5kg of bitumen Emulsion (RSI) per 10 sqm for proparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of materials, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidential charges etc., complete.

Providing and Laying Bituminous Concrete to 40mm thick using0.13cumof 19.0-9.50mm 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kg of Bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required desity etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound Providing and laying hot-applied thermoplastic compound of 2.5 mm thickness, including reflectorizing glass beads at a rate of 250 grams per square meter of area. The thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface-applied glass beads. The finished surface must be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes. The work is to be completed in accordance with IRC:35

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of polycarbonate / methyl methercrylate/ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values and the reflective raised pavement markers. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg.

Supplying And Fixing of Rubber Moulded Grey Premium Concrete Kerb of Size 450X125X300mm Using M30 Concrete. The Concrete Shall Be Moulded By Table Mount Vibrated With Polypropylene Fibers At 5% And Curing Compound. The Rate Shall Include Cost of Materials Transportation Loading Unloading Charges And All Taxes Including Necessary Earth Work Pointing With cm. 1:3 To Full Depth Curing Thread Lining Etc Complete .

Providing guildeline road marking kerb painting (special acrylic medium pigmented ) involving cleaning the surface free of dirt and loose particles applying one coat of primer and applying one layer of 20 to 25 microns. Rate shall include cost for all materials & labour components etc., as complete all respects complying with relevant IRC specifications, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying to required line and grade as per the drawing interlocking cement concrete blocks of M 30 grade 83 mm thick laid over the sand cushion . The size and the shape of the concrete blocks had to be approved before sourcing / manufacturing the same. The gaps between the two blocks shal be filled with relatively finer sand than the bedding sand of gradation as per Table 2 . The paver blocks shall be compacted using a light tandem roller or plate compactor till the required grade and line is achieved. The rate shall include laying of the bedding sand levelling , laying of paver blocks , filling of the filling sand and compaction etc. complete and as directed by the Departmental officers.
