Supply of 150 mm dia. M.S. pipe fabricated out of 8mm thick M.S. sheet and having a total length of 1.20 mtr.

Providing of C.I. Sluice Valve 200mm dia (with cap). Make-Jupiter/Kirloskar/IVC/Any DJB approved make

Providing of Non Return Valve 200mm dia (with cap) Make-Jupiter/Kirloskar/IVC/Any DJB approved make

Charges of JCB with fuel, operator & helper for excavation of earth & other related works as required at site, refilling the pit after completion of work (DSR 2018-0020)

Hiring of Long boom crane (DSR 2018-0028)

Charges of gas cutter with oxygen & L.P.G. Gas cylinder. (2 No's x 3 Shifts)

Hiring of welding machine for welding purpose.(2 Nos x 3 Shift)

Fixing of sluice Valve/Non return valve in proper alignment and making Flange Joint of 200mm dia with the help of fitters, nut bolts, supply of neoprene rubber sheet etc.

Making Flange Joint of 150mm dia with the help of fitters, nut bolts, supply of neoprene rubber sheet etc.

Making/fixing of stainer of submersible pump set

Lowering/fixing of MS pipe along with submersible p/set, strainer etc at approx 10 mtr. deep in the sump with specials like bends, MS flanges of 200mm. The job includes welding the pipe & specials and fitting in proper alignment with pump

Fixing/welding of MS pipe and specials like bends, MS flanges of 200mm & in proper alignment with the help of expert fitters and making the proper interconnection for header and then the line upto connection laying point with 200mm of line with the help of welding pipe & specials.

Supply & fixing of pressure guage, SS-316, Range-0-4 kg/cm2 on two existing & two newly installed submersible pump with all required fittings as per site requirement.

Supply of 35 sq mm X 3.5 Core, Aluminium Armoured Cable. Make-Havells/Grandlay/Polycab/Any DJB approved make

Supply of MCCB of 150 Amperes Rating TP 25 KA 415 V AC. Make- Havells/L&T/BCH/Any DJB approved make

Supply of power contactor 415V 3 phase 50 Amp. Make- Havells/L&T/BCH/Any DJB approved make

Providing of cubicle box suitable for installing the 150 A TP MCCB as above, fixing the MCCB in the Box and fixing the box at site including carrying out all the works for proper mounting if the material at site as per requirement

Supply/fixing of ceiling/ chain of approx 12mtr with each pipe with its one end hook of submersible pump set in sump and another end at ground location concealed at appropriate location as per site condition and as per the direction of Engg incharge

Laying of the 35 sq mm X 3.5 Core Cable as above between the newly fixed MCCB & Starters. DSR: 7.7.1(E&M)2018

Laying of one no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation , sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required upto 35 sq. mm. DSR 7.1.1-2018

Making the required connections for Incomer MCCB, and starter and providing of consumables and carrying other works as per site requirement.

Making the required power supply arrangement to the 40 HP Submersible Pump Sets by laying of copper cables (provided by the department), making all the required joints with providing of consumables and carrying other works as per site requirement.

Transportation of T&P equipment, man & material including tools & tackles for labour. (to and fro)

Testing and commissioning of complete system
