8968/GWL/E8 REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF CI PIPE LINE WITH DI PIPE LINE FOR CERTAIN LOCATION AT AGE B/R-II AREA UNDER GE GWALIOR

Taking up CI/DI water main (including all fittings) with spigot and socketed ends and lead/tyton joints for pipe of bore 400 mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 01 above but of size 300 mm dia complete.

All as per item No. 01 above but of size 200 mm dia complete.

All as per item No. 01 above but of size 150 mm dia complete.

All as per item No. 01 above but of size 100 mm dia complete.

All as per item No. 01 above but of size 80 mm dia complete.

Supply,laying and testing DI pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast, class K-9 with cement mortor lining inside the pipes & Zinc coated out side as per IS 8329/2000 in any length laid in trenches of 400 mm bore sizes complete all as specified and directed :- Note : (i) Excavation and Earth work & DI Special fittings shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Rates for tyton Joints are included in quoted rates (iii) Laying of DI pipe should be in renewed of old unsv all types of water supply pipes like CI/DI/GI/ or Cemet Mortar as per ground requirement. Contractor shall not be claim only for unsv CI pipe as credit.

M&L, for DI fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type (Straight bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket/flanged etc) Tee pieces, single branch 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets & spigot/all flanged etc) collars, Caps & plugs for spigot socketed/Flanged pipes upto 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out for laying of pipe etc in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil in soft/loose soil to a distance not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of Roads/PCC/RCC floors and filling of PCC 1: 2: 4 type B2, using 40mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate for making good road cutting complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) Excavation and removal should be measured and paid separately under appropriated items.

M&L For Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable pipe line alongwith fittings from existing connections of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 19 above but of size 50mm dia.

All as per item No. 19 above but of size 40 mm dia.

All as per item No. 19 above but of size 25 mm dia.

All as per item No. 19 above but of size 20 mm dia.

Supply & Laying in trenches galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as required at site of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Sch A (ii) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.

All as per item No. 24 above but of size 50mm dia.

All as per item No. 24 above but of size 40 mm dia.

Supply & Fixing galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as directed of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.
