Design, engineering & construction of Control Room Building for new 33/11 kV receiving substation consisting of RCC Slab with CGI sheet roofing along with steel trusses including indoor trenches, comprising of battery room, panel room, administration room, toilet etc as required of overall building size of 10mX12m (or as per electrical requirement) , single story including all internal services like water supply, Fittings, accesories, Sewerage system, Finishing, Plinth Protection, including supply of construction materials, Labour, Cement, Reinforcement Steel, Frame Work, Excavation etc, complete in all resect including Truss, Internal wiring and roofing as per detailed Technical Specification, approved Drawings & Scope of works. Plinth area 111 sqm. (the design/drawing/reinforcement/concrete mix will be as per standards adopted by department under REC/PMDP/DDUGJY/IPDS)

Compound walling of identified land by way of mass concrete infoundations & 228mm Brick Wall of 2 M height (the design/drawing/reinforcement/concrete mix will be as per standards adopted by department under REC/PMDP/DDUGJY/IPDS)

Chainlink Fencing of 33 kV Yard of Substation by way of Mass Concrete in Foundations and chainlink fencing of 6 ft height (the design/drawing/reinforcement/concrete mix will be as per standards adopted by department under REC/PMDP/DDUGJY/IPDS)

Cable Trench for laying of 11 kV XLPE Cable from Power Transformer & 11KV Gantry to Control Room (the design/drawing/reinforcement/concrete mix will be as per standards adopted by department under REC/PMDP/DDUGJY/IPDS)

Construction of RCC foundation for 33/11 kV Power Transformers (3.0 m x2.8 m x 1.5m) incuding guide rail , considering original equipment manufacturer recommendations including shuttering and by providing reinforcement, cement concreting,in 1:2:4, painting etc as per Technical Specification, approved Drawings & Scope of works. Works also includes providing working platform for operation of breakers and painting. (the design/drawing/reinforcement/concrete mix will be as per standards adopted by department under REC/PMDP/DDUGJY/IPDS)

Construction of RCC foundation for outdoor mounted Vacuume Circuit Breaker, Gantry Structures & other Equipments considering original equipment manufacturer recommendations including excavation of pit, shuttering and by providing reinforcement, cement concreting, painting etc as per Technical Specification, approved Drawings & Scope of works. Works also includes providing working platform for operation of breakers. (the design/drawing/reinforcement/concrete mix will be as per standards adopted by department under REC/PMDP/DDUGJY/IPDS)

Earthing Mat (GI Flat 50 mm x8 mm) for both power transformor Bays (the design/drawing/reinforcement/concrete mix will be as per standards adopted by department under REC/PMDP/DDUGJY/IPDS)

Earthing Electrode ( 3m long 40mm dia GI pipe) through GI Strip.(the design/drawing/reinforcement/concrete mix will be as per standards adopted by department under REC/PMDP/DDUGJY/IPDS)

33 kV Yard Concreting/Metalling for new Substation) Providing, supplying and laying 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) using 20mm nominal coarse aggregates and spreading 100mm thick layer of 20mm single size uncrushed/crushed/ broken stone pebbles over the PCC including construction of toe wall (exposed wall plastered with cement mortar 1:5) to hold 20mm single size uncrushed/crushed/broken stone pebbles wherever required in the bays covered under the scope as per Technical Specification, approved Drawing & Scope of works. & instructions of Engineer-in charge. (the design/drawing/reinforcement/concrete mix will be as per standards adopted by department under REC/PMDP/DDUGJY/IPDS)

Borewell with submersible pump complete with all accessories (the design/drawing/reinforcement/concrete mix will be as per standards adopted by department under REC/PMDP/DDUGJY/IPDS)

Development of land by removing weeds, wild grass and endulation if any, ornamental land scaping and growing of ornamental trees in unbuilt areas and road sides and development of roads along with surface drains. Total Areas shall be 2 to 2.5 Kanals (the design/drawing/reinforcement/concrete mix will be as per standards adopted by department under REC/PMDP/DDUGJY/IPDS)
