Otherwise, the amount that tallies with TDS shall only be considered for eligibility.
RequiredDetails of completed work executed with the structural system technology, as proposed in the Letter of Transmittal (Form-C2) Form C-2 shall be furnished separately in respect of each Structural System Technology proposed, indicating the Building Set (s) for which it is proposed.

RequiredWork Experience Certificate of Completed Work mentioned in Form - C (Form-D). Form-D1 need not be filled by the bidder.
RequiredCertificate in support of having successfully completed one work with the structural system technology proposed to be used in the work (Form-D2) Form D-2 shall be furnished separately in respect of each Structural System Technology proposed, indicating the Building Set (s) for which it is proposed.

RequiredMemorandum of Understanding (MoU) with associated contractor for the work of proposed structural system technology (Annexure-A2) A separate MoU shall be furnished in respect of each technology for which the bidder does not possess the requisite experience.
RequiredCopy of type test report in respect of the precast concrete construction system technology proposed to be used in the work (applicable where a precast technology is proposed in the Letter of Transmittal) The type test report shall be furnished in respect of each precast concrete construction system technology proposed for any Building Set.
RequiredDetails of firm / proprietor for proprietary firm as per Clause 3.2 of Information and Instructions for Bidders (Section-II), OR power of attorney for partnership firm with a copy of the partnership deed as per Clause 3.3 of Information and Instructions for Bidders (Section-II), OR power of attorney with a copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association for a limited company or a corporation as per Clause 3.4 of Information and Instructions for Bidders (Section-II)
