Various Temporary Electrification works during V.I.P. Visit and other occasions at Mela area in Prayagraj

Construction of Temporary 11 KV, LT Line, Installation of Distribution Transformer, Street Light fitting connection and Camp Connection etc. in Mela area, which includes loading, carriage and unloading of materials from Naini store to work site and work site to Naini store, alongwith dismantling of line after work completion in Mela area, Prayagraj.

Construction of Temporary 11 KV overhead Line from nearest 11kv tapping point on STP 11 Mtr. long after erection of pole by ACSR weasel conductor with proper guarding (min 8 No. latching per span) and its earthing.

Maintenance of 11 KV overhead Line by providing maintenance gang round the clock at occasion.

Dismantling of 11 KV overhead Line after completion of occuation and receive back complete line from work to store Naini.

Construction of Double pole for 1x100 Kva T/F/250 KVA T/F on S.T.P. 11Mtr. long including cutting fabrication and fitting of channels/with bracing angles /G.O,D.O, painting and earthing etc.

Laying/hanging of L.T. cable 3½x70 sqmm/4X16sqmm/4X25 Sqmm or equivalent size cable from transformer to L.T. line in Mela area.

Construction of L.T. line single phase 4 wire by ACSR weasel/Dog conductor after erection of 8.5/9 Mtr. long S.T.P. alongwith guarding with the help of 6/8 SWG G.I. wire (minimum 8 nos latching per span on main roads and 4 nos latching per span in other area) & earthing of poles .

Maintenance of L.T. Line single phase, 4 wire by providing maintenance gang round the clock at occasion.

Dismantling of L.T. line single phase, 4 wire after completion of occasion and receive back complete line material to Naini store.

Mounting & fixing of LED 250w/110w/70 Watt Street light fitting or equivalent L.E.D. fitting, on erected S.T.P. in proper position with bracket and clamps and making electrical connection. This also includes maintenance (except repairing of street light fitting) and replacement of fittings during the Mela period, dismantling of the fittings after Mela. (Street Light fitting, Bracket and Clamps will be provided by the department).

Providing 25/45/63/125 KVA DG Set on rental basis (Diesel with Generator and operation and maintenance will be provided by his own cost by contractor)

Laying 3X185 mm2 XLPE in Mela area.

Providing fan/cooler & A.C. in V.I.P. camp in Mela area on rental basis. (All items will be provided by the contractor on his own cost at rental basis).

Pedestal Fan.

Plastic body cooler.

A.C. split/indoor type 2.5 ton.

Providing camp connection with M.C.B. and conduit in camp (All material provide by contractors).
