Repair & routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services and attending lift in case of emergency for a period of 11 months. The Lift is of fully automatic electrically operated goods lift with a carrying capacity of 2 Ton to serve (G+1) with speed 0.5 metre per second with single speed motor and AC variable voltage and variable frequency (VVVF) complete with all standard accessories automatic and dual controlled operation centre opening door with door drive sliding steel doors including oiling and cleaning of controller, motor, machine, Oiling and greasing of guide rails and bearings, replacement of oil and minor spares like nuts, bolts, control wires and thimbles as required installed MIG 29 Store MO Goa. Make: Kone.

Make : Thyssenkrupp. Notes for Item Nos 1 to 3:- (a) Major worn out/ defective part will be provided and paid separately. (b) Contractor should make an arrangement for AMC with authorised Lift service agency and the agreement to be submitted to GE before commencement of work. (c) Contractor has to submit monthly maint report for every month to the department.

Dismantling and taking out u/s old control panel and control wiring and S & F new control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet, with control wiring comprising with multiple micro controlled programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safeties such as thermal over load protection , over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work, and compatible to 11 KW / 15.0 HP capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection including wiring of main motor with suitable size of standard copper cable etc lifts complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting & taking out unserviceable defective main VVVF drive from existing Control pannel, S&F new main VVVF drive unit of suitable 11.0 KW Capacity in existing panel and connected with existing system including testing and commissioning complete for smooth functioning jerk free working of lift all necessary electric connection in Goods lift all as specified and as directed. Make: Yaskawa(Japan) or equivalent as approved by GE.

Replacement of old unserviceable Automatic Rescue Devices (ARD) control system, to bring the lift at the nearest floor in case of power failure, suitable for 15.0 HP motor including PC cards / diodes, IGBT including commissioning and testing for 2000 Kg goods lift complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting & taking out unserviceable car operating panel assembly & supply, fixing and testing new car operating panel assembly complete with illuminated push button for floor position alarm non stop, door open, cabin fan cabin light, stop attend out key etc in and including direction indicator with 7 segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connecting with existing control and electric system etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable call push button assembly with new call push button assembly and including control/electric connection complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with 7 segment LED display with LPI/LPC card of stainless steel face plate to match with the existing card/control system, including cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface with masonry work to match with existing surface for Goods lift all as specified and as directed .

Replacement of existing unserviceable shaft wiring in hoist way new shaft wiring in hoist way up to lower limit switch with PVC insulated with multi standard copper conductor 0.75 sq mm & 01 sq mm for earthing , 1100 volts grade drawing through in and including galvanised sheet metal trunking (24SWG) up to ground floor in hoist way for control of all floor hall push button assembly, limit switches, terminal switches, fireman switches etc complete all duly earthed at all points, suitable for lift all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable travelling cable from Hoist way and supply & fixing new travelling cable PVC insulated 12 core flat/round type with multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 sq mm confirming to IS and including thimbles suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movements between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connection with mid way junction and other connection required in circuit at Goods Lifts complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and Taking out defective dynamic breaking resistance from controller and supply and fix new amunium covered wire wound dynamic breaking resistor to absorbe the revese energy dissipation of motor during regeneration in control operation suitable for 11.0 KW/15.0 HP motor all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix limit and proxy switches for creep level and smooth stopping and starting of the car travel suitable for lift complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out existing un serviceable bi-parting collapsible doors unserviceable car and landing iron collapsible doors and supply and fix new mild steel single sliding collapsible door, as per existing size , top hung type consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, bottom sills, aluminium gibs, handle provide with heavy duty roller bearings etc; and painting the exposed mild steel surfaces with 2 coats of black synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete in all respects suitable for 2000 kg Goods lift all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix complete new MS powder coated Door frame made from 04 mm sheet, required as per existing door opening, suitable for single sliding collapsible door along with bottom track made from 45 x 6 mm angle complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix replacement collapsible type gate lock pre inner locking type for car and landing gates suitable for goods lift, with retiring cam to relock the gate lock only when lift stops at level, all as specified and as directed

M&L for servicing of DG Sets of capacity 380 KVA by the authorised Engineer of respective manufacturer on half yearly basis to make the DG Set continuous operational condition including the following checking all as specified and as directed. Make: Kirloskar .

(i) Removing the existing engine oil, clean the oil sump and refilling with required quantity of new engine oil 20W40 & coolant to top up. (ii) Checking of fan hub (iii) Checking exhaust and inlet manifold belt and cap screw (iv) Cleaning of radiator inside and out side thoroughly with solution (caustic soda) to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge by removing and re-fixing in original position after cleaning. (v) Checking and adjusting injector and valves, tappet and replace the gasket including cost of gasket. (vi) Cleaning fuel inlet connections and screw. (vii) Checking of vibration damper and rectified. (viii) Servicing of turbocharger by checking, leakage tightening of mounting screws & nuts and replace oil. (ix) Checking water temperature safety control. (x) Checking and correcting up impeller of water pump for excess play. (xi) Servicing of governor and Changing of Governor Oil. (xii) Checking and adjusting all fan belt. (xiii) Any other check as per manufacturer's instructions Note :- Spare parts mentioned below to be changed at the time of servicing. Coolant, Engine oil as required will be measured and paid separately (a) Fuel filter (b) Lubrication oil filter (c) Bypass filter (d) Air Filter

Supply only new Engine oil after removing the old engine oil from the diesel engine sump of various DG Sets all as specified and as directed. Make :Servo super 10W40 of Indian oil or equivalent grade of Hindustan Petroleum or as approved by GE.

Supply only filling water coolant (diluted) in radiator of make Volvo line or equivalent including removal of old water/coolant all as specified and as directed.

Serving/Repairs of AMF panel complete including cleaning resetting/adjustment of relays, calibration of time delay relays, checking and replacement of diodes, if required, resistors contactor etc complete for any make type and capacity of DG Sets all as specified and as directed.

S&F radiator hoses of size 40mm dia or as per existing dia and 60cm length for any capacity of DG set including jubilee clip, clamp nuts etc are properly fixed and connected all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of the armature of self starter with 'F' class copper wire as per existing gauge dismantling the old coil cleaning thoroughly and winding with super enameled copper conductor of existing size and gauge, varnishing drying and fixing back with self starter properly testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair flexible pressure pipe for lubricant size of 60 cm length for oil and fuel connection for complete suitable for 380/200/90/77 KVA Engine all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing of water pump assembly of any KVA DG Set complete from the engine, repair/overhauling the same by replacing turnout components like bearing, impeller, bushes, Oil seal, water seal, gaskets etc reassembling, refixing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of totally damaged self starter complete assembly suitable for any capacity of DG Set all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace electrically operated fuel shut down valve assembly complete testing and commissioning including dismantling and removal of old U/S valves of any capacity of DG Set all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the PT/ FI pump assembly, repair/ overhauling/ calibrating in authorised lab including replacing turnout rings, plunger, damper plate, gasket etc. including, refixing, reconnecting, testing & commissioning complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace PVC insulated battery lead with 16 Sq. mm copper conductor multi strand cable of length 2 metre with copper/brass clamps and lugs for fixing on battery terminals and self starter complete including applying jel on termination as specified and as directed.

Supply and wrap asbestos rope to match the existing, on silencer pipe including taking down old rope all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of the fuel tank of the following capacity DG sets after cleaning the diesel, painting with one coat of approved colour synthetic enamel paint after through cleaning and preparation of surfaces, marking of fuel level gauge, writing of tank capacity

(a) 380 KVA DG set at APR2E NAD.

(b) 200 KVA DG Set at AC MAG No 3 & MIG Wk shop NAD.

(c) 90 BHP DG set Fire Fighting at MO Goa.

(d) 77 KVA DG Set Fire Fighting at NAD

M&L for Repair to radiator of 380KVA/90 BHP DG set by brazing (Appx 5 to 10 MM) of copper pipe rectifying leaks, cleaning and PVC hose fitting complete and fixing back after repair all as specified and as directed.

S & F fan belt for 380/200KVA capacity of DG Set including dismantling the existing old one all as specified and as directed. Make: Dunlop/Fener or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F fan belt for 90/77BHP capacity of DG Set including dismantling the existing old one all as specified and as directed. Make: Dunlop/Fener or equivalent as approved by GE.

Dismantling of radiator assembly from generating set of 200 KVA capacity and re-fixing of the same after proper cleaning of the same with caustic soda and brazing the tube if any leakage all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for applying two coats of supper enameled paint by spray painting including preparation of diesel engine driven generating set of any capacity 380KVA/90/77BHP DG Set complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the turbo charger from the DG set for shifting it to workshop for replacement of TC repair kit for its repair all as specified and as directed.

Calibration of injector including replacement of necessary spares complete all as directed for 380KVA DG Set. Note: Spares will be measured and paid separately

M & L for re-conditioning of lead acid battery of 180 AH after removing old cells, cleaning of containers and negative plates including separator, acid with bitumen compound and lead connecting all as specified and as directed. Make : Exide or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F Old defective diesel filter capacity five litre each with hose pipe and connected accessories complete for 380KVA DG set all as specified and as directed.

S & F Battery charging unit fully automatic operated electronically 12 Volts DC out put and 230 volts incoming AC, as per the existing make and size to accommodate in the space provided in the AMF panel board . Make : Sucam or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fill distilled water packed in sealed gallon of 5 litre all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down existing AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) unit and supply and fix new one to match the existing AVR unit suitable for 90 BHP/380KVA DG Set all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning of SS hood of forced ventilation system 22 Gauge of size 14 x 4 feet by hot water, detergent and SS polish at NOI complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for servicing and cleaning of fresh air ducting including fresh air outlet grills of forced ventilation system of size 1.5 x 1.5 ft after dismantling nuts and bolts by using hot water, detergent and SS polish and refixing the same in original position with new nuts/bolts and washers at NOI complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for servicing and cleaning of exhaust ducting of forced ventilation system after dismantling nuts and bolts by using hot water, detergent and SS polish and refixing the same in original position with new nuts/bolts and washers at NOI complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of exhaust 3 HP centrifugal blower 1440 RPM with warm water and detergent including blower balancing and painting with painting with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour by spraying, including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning dust at NOI all as specified and as directed

M &L for cleaning of fresh air blower fan and painting with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour by spraying, including filling cavities with filler including replacement of micro filter of 90 microns of existing make and model at NOI complete all as specified and as directed.

Inspecting, thoroughly check, detection of fault, repairing the minor fault and replacement of defective spare part if any including cleaning of battery bank terminal and applying petroleum jelly on terminal by the skilled technician/ service Engineer to 1 in Nos of UPS 25 KVA capacity at Rajhans and testing on completion of said job upto the full satisfaction of Engineer-in charge.
