Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using II class bricks for foundation and basement and superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materiales curing etc ,complete.

Above basement

Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 mix using 20 mmHBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,

Column above Grade beam

Supplying and fabrication,placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grils for RCC works inculding cost of steel and binding wire etc.

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam coloum,sunshade etc complete.,

Weathering course concrete using 20mm size brick jelly including all cost and conveyance and etc complete

Finisging the top roof with one course of pressed tiles including all cost and conveyance and etc complete

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing.

Paving the Floor with Vitrified tiles in CM 1:2 10mm thick inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, 20mm thick including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,

Flooring with following ceramic tiles in CM 1:3, 20mm thick including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6 mm of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Towards the cost of steel door of size 0.90 x 2.40m including all cost and conveyance and etc complete

Towards the cost of steel door of size 0.75 x 1.50m including all cost and conveyance and etc complete

Towards the cost of steel door of size 1.10 x 2.40m including all cost and conveyance and etc complete

Towards the cost of Ventilator of size 0.90 x 0.45m including all cost and conveyance and etc complete

Towards the cost of Window of size 1.20 x 1.60m including all cost and conveyance and etc complete

Distembering two coats oil bound distember over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all loboure charges etc complete ( Inner wall )

Painting two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion paint over one coat of Primering coat over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting two coat of new iron works such as steel Doors,windows,ventilators, etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats,ete.
