M&L for Dismantling old/Unserviceable/rusted ,Supply/Return/Fresh Air GI Duct of any size/shape/dia with insulation from walls, roofs, ceiling for replacement complete Including Ducting Supports , rubber gaskets, elbows, vanes, & supports as per (IS 655) etc. from any location at Central AC plants Under GE(U) P&M Delhi Cantt compelte all as specified and directed by engineer-in-chrage.

Supply, fabrication ,Installation, Balancing and Commissioning of fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducts/ elbows as per site requirement with supports as per IS 655-2010 complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as site requirements of following sheet thickness complete as required at site all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.Make :- SAIL/TATA/JINDAL

(b) 22 gauge ( thickness 0.8mm )

(c) 20 gauge ( thickness 1.00mm )

M&L for Dismantling old/Unserviceable/rusted Supply/Return Air Diffuser/Dampers/side Grilles/VCD , of any size any shape from any location at Central AC Plants under GE(U) P&M complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.(Make : Mapro/brightflow/ Ravistar)

M&L for Supply, fixing of powder coated extruded aluminum rectangular diffusers complete with black anodized extruded aluminum VCD (wherever specified), nuts, bolts, screws etc.complete as required at site all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

(a) Supply air diffusers of required sizes with volume control damper.

(b) Return air diffusers of required sizes without volume control damper

Supply & Fixing of powder coated extruded aluminum supply & return grilles complete with nuts, bolts, screws etc. to make the system complete, as required at site all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.(Make : Mapro/brightflow/ Ravistar)

M&L for Supply and installation in replacement of thermal insulation material for non-exposed Ducts with closed cell class o nitrile rubber elastomeric insulation of density 40-60 Kg/m3 thermal conductivity of 0.033-0.038 W/mk and µ>=7000 (k-flex st) to be applied on ducts using manufacturers recommended rubber based adhesive as per the approved specification the material should be from global approved & UL approved for new ducts as required at site complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.(Make : KFLEX/ARMAFLEX/PARAMOUNT)

M&L in replacement for ducting supports, bracings, hangers,(as per IS-655) clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts ,washers ,welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of flexible fire retardant canvas connector cloth including removing of old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for taking down unfixed/damaged under deck insulation of any dia and any shape from their existing location all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.Note:-(old/removed insulation should be deposited outside the defense premises and disposed safely by taking permission of MCD or through proper channel)

M&L for supply & fix Under deck/floor insulation of 25 mm thick with closed cell nitirle rubber (class 0 ) of density of 40-60 Kg/m3 & thermal conductivity of 0.033-0.38 W/mK and with factory laminated aluminums foil having antimicrobial and antifungal properties as per specification .( K-FLEX ST ANTIMICROBIAL/) all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge .(Make :- PARAMOUNT/ KFLEX/ ARMAFLEX)

Material and Labour in relacement for 50mm thick fibre glass wool insulation in existing ducts of AC plants bonded with Aluminium foil, including wraping, pasting complete and cover the insulation one side with GI wire Mess netting after cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage including taking down old unserviceable glass wool insulation from existing duct complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- Shri Fire Pack/ Impex Insulation/ Trans Insulation).

S&F in replacement acoustic lining of supply air ducting complete with GI frame, tissue paper, 26 Guage perforated Aluminium Sheet, 25mm thick, of density 32 Kg/cum fiber glass insulation complete all as specified and as directed.(Make of flass insulation:- Shri Fire Pack/ Impex Insulation/ Trans Insulation).

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm, fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm, suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm, fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level, fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size, 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4.00 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards (E Board), designer pattern, fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- Armstrong/ Gyproc/ Hi-Steel/ Everest)
