Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and any other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacturer's published literature should be strictly complied with including but not limited to the following:- (bb) Chipping out any visible cracks in "V-Groove" pattern as applicable. Special attention on this pa Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/ Dr Fixit 302 SBR late Perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitabond SBR latex / Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure if required. (cc) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating Sika Top Seal - 107/ Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO. (dd) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply one coat of Acrylic mo Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal - 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of vis as per manufacturer's instructions. ......Contd/-103.01

(ee) Apply Glass Fabric Sheet of Sika Fab 1/FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP whilst the first coat is wet (ff) Once touch dry, apply second coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Sea /Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions entire area. (gg) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direc angle to the previous coat. (hh) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 300 mm above the finis level on the vertical surface. (jj) It is essential to cure Acrylic modified Cementitious coating immediately after application 3-8 Hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize. (kk) A protection plaster (12-15mm thick) in CM 1:3 admixed with appropriate Integral water Compound has to be applied on the walls Admixture :- Sika plastocrete plus/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645 Providing and applying a protection screed of 50 mm thick 1:4 cement sand mortar admixed with Sika plastocrtete over applied water proffing coating on horizontal surface. Admixture :- Sika plastocrete plus/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645 .....Contd/-103.02

(ii) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with elastic waterproffing sealing tape with a woven bonding on each surface an elastic expansions zone in the centre of make sika Tape S/FOROC/Dr Fixit/STP (mm) The membrane has to be protected in accrodance with the manufacture's recommendance until placemnent of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accrodance with manufacturer's recommendations. (nn) Waterproffing treatement has to carried out through applicators authorisrd. (oo) All the joints of pipesand traps within sunken portion shall be sealed properly by Epoxy sealant. (iii) All CI traps in sunken slab to be enclased with PCC 1:1:5:3 ( Min 15 cm) all - round. (iv) the sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 ( using 40 mm stone aggregate ) complete all as specified. (v) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall ( approx 450 mm to 600 mm long ) including cutting to existing wall and making good the distrubed surface complete all as specified and directed. (vi) Providing 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate as in flooring for laying fllor finish all as specified. Note ;- Item No 97 (iv) ,(v) & ( vi) shall be measured and paid seprately.
