Cat (A) -Items to be supply and installation

Supplying and Erection of Swaged type Steel Tubular Pole of total length 9 mtr. & designation "410 SP-33” with bottom section 5 mtr. long (165.1 mm. outer dia. , 5.4 mm. thickness) ,middle section 2 mtr. long (139.7 mm. outer dia. , 4.5 mm. thickness) & top section 2 mtr. long (114.3 mm. outer dia. , 3.65 mm. thickness) , with approximate nominal weight of 154 kg , complete with M. S. Plate of size 300 mm. x 300 mm. x 6 mm. welded at bottom , complete with anti-climb device etc. as reqd. Erection of steel tubular pole in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Providing and Fixing H.T. Danger Notice Plate of 250 mm x 200 mm made of mild steel , at least 2 mm thick and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required.

Replacement / Supplying and erection of 11 KV triple pole heavy duty link set (air break switch) (2 insulator, 1Pc.) complete with installation at site etc. complete as reqd. (Single phase Link set)

Replacement / Supplying and erection of a set of three no. 11 KV Drop-out fuse units complete with earthing rod as reqd.

Supplying of 7.77 mm. dia. ACSR conductor (Weasel - 6/1 x 2.59) having tensile strength of 1136 Kgs. and approx. weight of 128 Kg / Km complete as required.

Supplying & Fixing of angle iron / channel iron / flat iron for brackets / cross arms etc. reqd. for pole top / D.P. structure complete with providing nuts bolts , welding , clamps etc. as reqd.

Replacement / Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I.pin , nuts , washers etc. as reqd.

Replacement / Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV overhead lines with galvanised insulator fittings , ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps , bolts , nuts , washers etc. as reqd.

Replacement / Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as reqd.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV Overhead line complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 meters long stay rod , anchor plate of size 45cm x 45cm X 7.5 mm thick , thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm x 600 mm ), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm Nominal size) foundation including excavation & refilling etc as required.

Supplying & installation of 25 KVA 11 KV / 433V, 3 Phase , 50HZ, Dyn11, outdoor ONAN type, Level-II, aluminum wound transformer, i/c first filling of good quality fresh Transformer oil and confirming to IS 2026 (Part 1 to Part 5) and as per specifications attached complete in all respects i/c neutral brought out at lower voltage side , Sign writing etc. complete with installation of Transformer at site including liasioning with Supply Co. for shut down, complete as per specifications attached and confirming to norms fixed by Supply Co. as reqd.

Shifting/ cartage & erection of dismantled 8mtr / 9 mtr length mild steel pipe / swaged type steel tubular pole from one location to another complete with loading into load carrier, cartage to desired site, unloading, painting of pole with good quality paint and Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.( approx. distance for one site to another = Total Distance 16-50km)

Shifting/ cartage & erection of dismantled 8mtr / 9 mtr length mild steel pipe / swaged type steel tubular pole from one location toanother complete with loading into load carrier, cartage to desired site, unloading, painting of pole with good quality paint and Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.( approx. distance for one site to another = Total Distance 0-15 km)

Cat (B) - Buy Back Items Buy-Back (ie minus):- Buy back charges for following life expired / faulty / unserviceable assets complete with dismantling etc. on as-is-where-is basis & clearing the site as per site requirement.
