Providing centring shuttering and form work for RCC works for all applicable RCC items in this schedule using best quality of film coated plywood / MS Sheets centring and shuttering materials, for required heights and sizes in all floors and all levels as indicated in the drawings including charges for demoulding agent, removal of form work etc complete at all levels. The rate inclusive of application of demoulding agent over the centring materials. The finishing of the concrete surface shall be without any undulations and surface defects. Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Hire charges for providing temporary barricading around the site using GI corrugated sheet to a height of 6m. The GI corrugated /plain sheets of 0.35mm thick shall be fixed to the framework made out of 50mm dia MS pipe for vertical strut placed at about 3m centre to centre with required bracing using 40mm dia MS pipe placed about 2m centre to centre and fixing diagonal middle braces using 25mm dia MS pipe forming a rigid frame work as per the architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The barricade shall remain in the same location till the completion of the new work construction project. No additional charges shall be paid for the extended period of contract. The rate quoted shall be including cost of conveyance of all required materials to work site, erecting, removing and disposing the same after completion of work, cost of J bolts washers, cement concrete bed 45cm x 45cm x 75cm in CC 1:2:4 and labour charges etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S.tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing specified stone slab 22 mm to 25 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge : Using rough Kota stone

Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (glossy or matt finished), Make of somany or equivalent. Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required, colour, design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete including providing grooves 2no's in the step threads with 15 mm thick or above polished granite stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Cera Grey - For flooring and similar locatios / Jet black - For sills, facias, dado, skirting and similar locations)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry/Ruby red - Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Extra charges for flamed the granite surface instead of polished granite surface as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately).

Roof treatment - : Providing and laying PU membrane (moist cured) over the existing terrace including providing Khura and Gola, laying the heat reflective tile over the membrane etc., complete. The work should be carried out involving the following items, sequences and specifications.

c) Providing gola / coving 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 admixed with 4 Ltr of SBR latex for 50 kg of cement (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 admixed with 4 Ltr of SBR with 50 kg of cement (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design. The rate also inclusive of applying a layer of cementitious coating Cement : SBR 1:1 ratio over the wall floor junction before applying coving. d) Supply and applying PU moist cured- Supplying and laying single component PU system using spray application only with MC-HYPERDESMO or equivalent product of SIKA / BASF/ ASIAN PAINT / FOSROC is a one component polyurethane fluid which cures with the humidity in the atmosphere. It produces a highly elastic membrane with strong adhesion to many types of surfaces. It is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin plus special inorganic fillers, which result in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and natural element resistance properties. Apply with airless spraying in two, at least, coats with minimum total consumption of 1.5-1.8 kg/m2 or as specified by the manufacturer. The rate inclusive of necessary surface preparation to receive the waterproofing coating etc., complete. e)Ponding test by storing water for a minimum depth of 20 cm and the water to be retained for not less than 48 hours or as required by engineer in charge to ascertain any leakage. Necessary repair / grouting to be done free cost to arrest any leakage observed.

f)Geotextile:- Supply and apply a polyester based geotextile protection fleece. Product: Sarnafelt® 300 or equivalent approved by IITM. Product requirements: density ≥ 300 g/m2; thickness 2.4 mm; tensile strength ≥ 430 N/50mm; elongation at break ≤ 100 %; tear strength ≥ 250 N; puncture resistance ≥ 1600 N; cone drop: 13 mm. g)Providing and laying light weight concrete of grade not less than M2.5 using expandable polystyrene aggregate to maintaining adequate of density 800-900 kg/ cum and same shall be laid to maintain slope to drain the rain water over the geotextile (not less than 1 in 80). The minimum cement contnent shall not less than 250 Kg/cum. The mix design shall be approved by the engineer incharge. Minimum thickness of the concrete shall be 5cm. h)Providing and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 9.5 mm) manufactured by ABC or equivalent with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection >0.70 and emittance >0.75 on 30 mm thick cool mortar as per manufacturer specification on sloped surface of terrace, laid on water resistant cement slurry prepared in the ratio of 1:3 ( 1 cement and 3 abc plus powder and add 3% Nano Acryl by volume) and grouting the joints (>3mm) with abc Grout and PPF (Poly Propylene Fiber) in the ratio of 2 to 3 gm PPF per kg of abc Grout including wetting (by using a piece of sponge) the grouted surface by abc Nano Clear in the ratio of 100 ml in two liter water. , including providing skirting upto 300 mm height along the parapet wall in the same manner.

Providing polymer modified mortar of CM 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 fine sand / M sand) of 30 mm in two coats ( each coat of 15mm thick) admixed with Nitobond SBR @ 6lts per bag of cement including applying a polymer based bonding agent Nitoband SBR @ 1:1:4 ratio on the plastered surface ( one part of Nito bond AR one part of water and four part of cement)- This is for the walls and floor.

Providing polymer modified coving floor wall junctions using CM 1:4 admixed with Nito bond AR / SBR @ 1.5 lts per bag of cement complete as per the manufacturer's specifications

Supplying and applying ( MIXGUARD HR-5 or equivalent product of SIKA/ FOSROC/ BASF) cold applied elastomeric water proof membrane over the prepared surface, prepare a base surface stabilizing primer (MIXPRIME AC100 @ 2 : 1 : 3 (MIXPRIME AC100 : WATER : OPCEMENT) and apply directly (@ 1KG/SQM) along with MIXMAT GFM-50 at an overlapping of 50mm minimum After a curing period of 3-4 hours prepare and apply MIXPRIME AC @ over at a consumption of 250ML/SQM. After curing of 3-4 hours apply a coat of MIXGUARD HR – intermediate elastomeric water proof coat at consumption of 0.5KG/SQM.
