(i) From Completion of 1 Year to 2nd Year 0.25% of Bill Amount.

(ii) 2nd Year to 3rd Year 0.50% of Bill Amount.

(iii) 3rd Year to 4th Year 0.75% of Bill Amount.

(iv) 4th Year to 5th Year 1.00% of Bill Amount.
