5.9.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, columns, suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, lintels, beams, chajjas, girders, bressumers, cantilevers, pillars, posts, struts and stair cases and all types of RCC work at any depth below ground level/up to all heights above ground level in any floor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6.4.2 Providing and laying brick masonry with fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) ( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)
7.1.1 Providing and laying Random rubble masonry (using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand) with approved hard stone in drains, foundation, plinth, walls below ground up to any depth and upto plinth level above ground level, culverts, retaining wall in all size and upto all hight with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) levelling up with 1:6:12 ( 1 cement:6 coarse sand : 12 stone aggregate 20mm size.) concrete,including curing, cost of the stone/materials, royalty etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. . 10.2 Providing, fabricating, erecting in position and testing/examining bolted and/or welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS at all levels and locations, including all type of sections , builtup sections / compound sections and/ or plates/bent plates (including supplying, fabricating, fixing and keeping in position at all levels and locations, threaded anchor bolts of all diameters and nomenclature, including nuts, washers, anchor plates, pipe sleeves etc. in foundations. Columns etc ) in trusses, purlins, wind ties, wind girders, columns, portals, racks, portals, bracings, platform, staircases , ladders, stoppers, side runners, sag rods, hand rails etc including transporting to site , storing, cutting to required size, straightening/ bending if required, edge preparation, cleaning, preheating, bolting/ welding of joints, ( including sealing the joints of box sections with continuous welding, finishing edges by grinding, fixing in line and level with temporary staging and bracing and removal of the same after erection, grouting with free flow non-Shrink Grout including preparation and submission of detailed fabrication drawing, preparing the surface for painting and applying one coat of shop primer complete as specified and directed by trhe E.I.C. ( ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY THE AGENCY AT THEIR OWN COST. )
10.6.3 Removing and refixing existing rolling shutters at various location of NALCO TOWNSHIP.
13.1.2 Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster(using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand) in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type of sand including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding including curiing up to 7 days etc., all complete for all height.( CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )
13.2.2 Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster(using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand) in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type of sand including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding including curiing up to 7 days etc., all complete for all height.( CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )
13.33.2 Raised and cut pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) .( CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )
13.43 Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.
13.46 Providing and applying arcylic paint over New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm), to give an even shade after removing the foreign particle with wire brush etc. ( where ever required) on new work specified at all heights including all labour , tools , tackles scaffolding , consumables and materials required for the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
13.61.1 Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades on all types of surface like steel / wood / concrete / plaster / for letterings etc. all complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge ,including the cost of all materials,scaffoldings, tools, tackles and labours.
13.80 Providing and applying white cement based putty (for external and internal surface) of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc.all complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.
15.2.1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
15.3 Dismantling R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
15.7.4 Dismantling of brick work In cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
15.9.2 Dismantling stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
16.1 Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm. depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing ,Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of grade-I (size 90mm to 45mm) to WBM specifications including spreading in average thickness of 100 mm thickness, hand picking , rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density.etc.all completed as per the specification and/or direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(Measurement shall be on consolidated thickness)
Providing ,Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of grade-II (size 63 mm to 45mm) to WBM specifications including spreading in average thickness of 75 mm thickness, hand picking , rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required densityetc.all completed as per the specification and/or direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Measurement shall be on consolidated thickness)
16.11 Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface etc. all complete as per the direction of Engg-in-charge.
16.30.2 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm ( BITUMEN SHALL BE ISSUES FREE OF COST AT NALCO CENTRAL STORE)
16.33.1 Premix carpet 22.5mm surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately). With paving Asphalt grade VG - 10 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt ( BITUMEN SHALL BE ISSUES FREE OF COST AT NALCO CENTRAL STORE)
16.40 Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 30 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.( BITUMEN SHALL BE ISSUES FREE OF COST AT NALCO CENTRAL STORE)
16.50 Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
16.55.2 Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity. ( BITUMEN SHALL BE ISSUES FREE OF COST AT NALCO CENTRAL STORE)
16.62Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour ,T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
16.91 Providing and laying factory made coloured chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with jamuna sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineerin- Charge. 80mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approvedcolour, design & pattern.
19.6.11 Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc 1000 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe.all complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge. : ( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).
2.38 Filling with available fly ash and earth (excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 cm), with intermediate layer of compacted earth (Soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of fly ash, sides & top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30 cm or as decided by Engineer -in-charge, including compacting each layer by rolling/ ramming and watering, all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer -in - charge.
