Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, Arches etc and removal of debrishes from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radious, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Description same all as per item No 3 here-in-before but except bricks (Bricks shall be obtained from demolition). Note : Rates for segregation of old bricks, stacking, cleaning etc shall be included in this item.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan to any mean radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and prepare to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on external surface fair/other than fair faces of brick wall finished even and smooth etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall surfaces over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing, plastered or unplastered of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.
