M & L for repair of punching sewage line of any dia and sealing / making good with CM (1:4) / PCC (1:2:4) as required including earth work in any type of soil and any depth, returning, filling in and ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Bailing out/pumping of sewage water from Septic tank of any size and removing the sewage water in closed container of capacity 3000 ltrs (appx) and disposed to out of MOD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out (desilting) silt, Brick Bats, debris liquid waste sludge in solid/semi-solid state from Manholes including pumping out sludge where ever necessary plugging diverting the flow in the drain, removing removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes, by mechanical means such as jet auger and mechanical vacuum tank as directed including use of safety belt, mask, dry cells torch for lightening inside the manholes and taking similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge etc outside MD land in covered container and cleaning the manholes and surrounding with clean water, and closing the manhole with cover etc complete all as specified and directed :-

Demolition/Dismantling of existing sewage pipe line and S&F Reinforced concrete 150 mm pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars and tested as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for bed including packing under & haunching against the sides of drain pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) floor trap/ Nahani trap 75mm, plain with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles, including cement mortar, removing serviceable tiles from site & rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces area of each tile of exc. 0.11 Sqm and but not exc. 0.18 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick screed plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
