SITC ,of exterior BIS registered RGBW Linear LED Wall Washer luminaire for facade lighting with extruded aluminium housing, powder-coated finish, Clear toughened glass of 4mm thickness and die casted end caps, of Total System wattage not exceeding 40W with system lumen output >2000lm with all LEDs on, minimum system lumen efficacy >50 lm/w. Luminaire shall be capable of producing dynamic color changing light with 16 million colors as the light fixture should be programmable using 8 bit control DMX512 protocol / Ethernet based control. Luminaire should be complete with dedicated Lens made up of UL/VDE approved PC for each LED, offering 25°beam angle. Glass of the fitting should be high graded toughened glass. Power Coating should be RAL 7024 Power coating 7 tank process. Fixture should have Height 49 mm ± 5% including surface mount base width 50 mm ± 5% , length 1000 mm ± 5% with constant locking two holes with nut and screw for simple position control from various angles without special tools. DMX enabler circuit should be inside the Luminaire only. The rated voltage of the Luminaire should be 24VDC, Luminaire shall be offered with a BIS Approved Potted Driver of IP 66/67 rating made of extruded aluminium to make it more thermal efficient, Led Driver should have Operating input voltage range: 90-305Vac, with APFC, THD 10% max, Open Circuit Protection, Over Voltage Protection, Surge Voltage Protection upto 10kV with SPD. PF > 0.90 and must have safety operation range form 90V - 176Vac. Fixture shall be suitable to operate at an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 50°C and complete luminaire shall be IP66 and IK07 rated. LED Life time shall be at least L70B50 @ 50000 burning hours at 50°C. LED should be with ceramic package of make Nichea, Osram, Cree, Lumiled only. DMX enabler circuit should be inside the Luminaire only. The product should be BIS approved with R number mentioned on product label. To be supported with Product test reports - LM79, BIS Report and LEDs Test Reports. Havells Colorline 40W RGBW or Equivalent. Luminaire shall be conforming to BIS i.e. IS 15885 (Part 2/Sec 13) and shall be complete with all necessary accessories required for proper working of fixture including weather proof connection cables, water proof connectors etc. Including all and/or as directed by E-in-C.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory manufactured DMX extension cable Connector 4 PIN Male & Female for Fixture to fixture fixing including all and/or as directed by E-in-C.

SITC of DMX Controller for the system including all other accessories required for the running of the system Controller should have Input Power 5-5.5V DC 0.6A and Output Protocol DMX512 with 4 universe,2 universe should work in Stand Alone Mode and 2 universe should work in live mode with laptop/ tablet / computer. The universe should be expandable from 2 to 4 DMX512 universes. It should be compatible for Programmability with PC, Mac, Tablet, Smartphone by using USB & Ethernet. Dmx controller should have network controllability feature to control the scene remotely through LAN and triggered via UDP packets on port 2430. Its must have Connections Type C USB, XLR3, Ethernet, battery. There should be provision for Memory microSD card. Device should have Intuitive backlit keyboard with 10 presets and also have provision of kepad on device for changing scene manually from device. Device should be capable to work on Extended triggering possibilities (TCA) & also have Smart Upgrade Technology (SUT).It is an IP 20 unit and has an Operating Temperature of 0°C to 50°C. weight should not be more than 120g. OS Requirements for the controller is Mac OS X 10.8-10.12, Windows 7/8/10. Standards should be EC, EMC, ROHS. The controller should have a variety of features including 2048 DMX channels, clock/calendar, iPhone/iPad/Android remote control, Ethernet facilities, dry contact port triggering and multi-zone SD card memory. Network synchronization of one area across hundreds of universes with the possibility of 99 scenes across 5 areas with auto clock triggering for sunrise and sunset and as per the festivals for specific occasions. Device should be equipped with meta; clamp to mount on wall .Equivalent Havells DMX , Philips iPlayer 3 with data enablers and splitters as required. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning,Programming of DMX Splitter. The DMX Splitter shall be capable of outputting DMX Signals to upto 8 different output channels and 1 Through Channel. The DMX Splitter shall be a solid-state device specifically designed as an optically isolated DMX512 repeater. The DMX Opto-Splitter shall support optically isolated DMX512 input and thru connections for daisy-chaining. The DMX Opto-Splitter shall support 8 DMX512 outputs. The DMX Opto-Splitter shall be designed to support the following wire terminations 3-pin 9V to 48V DC Power 3-pin DMX512 input 3-pin DMX512 thru 3-pin DMX512 output (8). Ref. Content Development: Research in subject matter on Understanding & visualizing, illustration graphics, content, technology interfaces etc. Understanding requirement for making rich content to create required impact and background. Including all and/or as directed by E-in-C.

Providing and erecting ISI mark Medium class RIGID PVC PIPES of following size complete to be erected on/in wall or ceiling erected with necessary PVC fittings & Junction boxes fixed with adhesive solution & Clamps with following dia of pipes, in approved manner as directed (b) 20/25/32. Including all and/or as directed by E-in-C.

Supplying & erecting XLPE(IS:7098)(I)-88 ISI unarmoured copper cable 1.1 KV grade to be erected as directed of following size. (E ) 3 core 2.5 Sq. mm . Including all and/or as directed by E-in-C.

Supplying & erecting XLPE(IS:7098)(I)-88 ISI unarmoured copper cable 1.1 KV grade to be erected as directed of following size. (N) 4 core 16 Sq. mm. Including all and/or as directed by E-in-C.

Supplying and laying UPVC cable trunking system comprising unplasticised polyvinyl, chloride rigid material with ignition free and flame proof confirming BS with necessary end caps Internal and external bend, flat bends, coupler, tee etc..All necessary accessories and measuring of following sizes (2) 100 mm x 50 mm trunking. Providing and erecting Sheet Steel powder coated MCB distribution board - flush / surface mounted fitted with busbar, neutral link, earth bar and DIN rail, confirming to IS 13032 and BS 5486-1986 without MCB to house appropriate nos. of MCBs.(The DBs should be used of same company of MCB to be used) 6Way TPN PPI DB with Incomer 63/40A FP MCB - 1 Nos Outgoing 25A DP RCCB 30 mA - 3 Nos 6A to 32A SP MCB - 18 Nos. Supply and laying cu. earthing required size strips for interconnecting the earthing stations, panels, DB's etc. in built up trenches, on walls/ceiling, buried in ground generally as specified and shown on drawings complete with :a) Fixing accessoriesb) Corrosion protection of buried conductors with bituminous coating and covered with PVC tapes. Supplying , fabricating and installation of various sizes elements made out to MS angle/sheet with all necessary accessories & hardware etc All the necessary fabrication required will be included in the scope of contractor. Scope also includes two coat of primer and two coat of paining of each items on all the sides complete in all respect. Including all and/or as directed by E-in-C.

Providing material and labour for laying avg. 25mm thick machine cut semi mirror green kota stone over 20mm (avg.) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry including cuting of existing kota / vetrified flooring upto 200mm in width including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift and complete as Including all and/or as directed by E-in-C.
