Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour,side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand (F.M.1.8 to 2.5) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand (F.M.1.8 to 2.5) mortar in S. S including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand (F.M.1.8 to 2.5)mortar in super structure in steps, parapet and facia including nacessary cutting moulding of bricks and including supply of all materials labour & T & P required for proper completion of the work including placing & fixing of reinforcement in position with 24 B.W.G. binding wire with centering shuttering complete but excluding cost of reinforcement and its bending which shall be measured separately.

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

TMT/Tor steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured. (Steel shall be arranged by the contractor)

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & six part of coarse sand(1:6),minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Supply and Laying 6 mm thick glazed tiles of size 300x450 mm in skirting / dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete,including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. completion required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of 16 mm thick granite ( black/ brown) in flooring or skirting ,of approved shade, colour,size and pattern , laid over base cement mortar 1:4 mix including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite floor including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work, as per direction of Engineer incharge.

S/F 10mm thick Group 25 acid resisting tiles of “Somany” or equivalent approved make in flooring or skirting (confirming to I.S. 4457 - 1967) in ordinary Portland cement and coarse sand in ratio 1:3 with the joints filled with acid resistant cement “Accocide” of A.C.C. or equivalent make acid resistant cement and liquid supplied with cement, mixed in 1:3 ratio to make a workable paste in G.I. Tray. The joints should be kept as 5mm and to be cured for 7 days with dilute HCL (One part acid and three parts of water). Rate should be including the cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

As in item 11 above but for every coat after first coat.

As in item 11 above but for every coat on previously painted old wood or iron work including its sand papering,rubbing and cleaning as required, for proper completion of work.

One priming coat and one coat oil bound distemper on new work including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

As in item 14 but for every coat after the first coat.

As in item 14 but for every coat on previously old oil bound distemper surface.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint on new wall surfaces (well prepared with Birla putty and one coat of primer ICI or equivalent which shall be paid separately) including through washing with water including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work.

Same as in item no 19 above but for every coat of additional APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint .

Same as in item 19 but for each coat of APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint .on previously treated surface.

Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer In-charge within a distance of 60 metres.

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Laying cement concrete road slab consisting of 1 part cement1.5 part approved coarse sand and 3 part approved 20mm down graded stone aggregate over prepared sub grade after its rectification and bringing it to proper camber and shape and making good to the satisfaction of E/I inclduing cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Trimixing of top layer INCLUDING HARDNER (3.50 Kg/SqM) of road including cutting groove as Required labour and materials, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Scraping old painted surface including disposal of scraped material to a distance of 30 m. (100') as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Painting white trafic lines 8 cm. (3") wide in three coats with approved road marking paint (spirit base) as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge including all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick particle board of commercial quality 125 mm deep for making partitions of C.C. road slab as per direction of E/I. including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Repair to plaster or pointing in patches including removal of old plaster racking out joints to 1 cm.(3/8") depth,watering the area and then replastering or reappointing with the same mortar or proportion of mortar as the existing surface including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .

Disposal of rubbish / debris out side the UPPCL area as per direction of Er/in- charge including cartage, labour and materials, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (No. deduction for voids shall be made).

Providing and laying 110mm SWR, PVC ( Finolex or equivalent ) pipe including cost of excavation, C.C etc including its jointing and connection, all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
