M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, copings, bed plate, plinth courses, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work using old size sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good in Brick walls/RCC cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 16-18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) including making good of disturbed portion except space for holdfast complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4.0 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) including making good of disturbed portion except space for holdfast complete all as specified and directed.

S&F second class hard wood 35 mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, (having 04 to 06 Nos of panel) open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc, divided into square,with plain, chamfered or rounded,mitered and rebated sash bars,any number, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I section 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.
