REP MAINT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, SOAK WELL, MANHOLES, DRAINS AND SMART PERIODICAL SERVICES TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT HATTIGOR MIL STN UNDER GE RANGIA

M&L for pumping out of waste water/ liquid from soak well of any capacity or size and draining out the same to nallah/ drains through hose pipe or by any other means upto a distance of 250m including removal of old brick bats/ sludge/ sluicy materials from soak well and dipositing the same out side the premises upto a distance of 250m and refilling the soak well with broken brick aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of septic tanks of any capacity along with removing of sludges mixed with water etc and carrying to a distance exc. 100 meters but n.exc 250 meters and depositing in ditches including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil for making ditches and refilling the ditches after the sludge’s are deposited with spreading and leveling of excavated soils in the ditches over the sludge, removing surplus soils to a distance n.exc 50m and supply and sprinkling bleaching powder over the area of ditches with one meter around complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 02 here-in-above, but for cleaning of manhole of any size and depth, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage line of any diameter and of any description including manholes by manually or other means, to clear the sludge/blockage inside the sewage line and manholes and will be flushing with water to drain out sludge etc. inside the sewage line from manhole to ease the flow of sewage including removing the sludge upto a distance of 250m and re-fixing the manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of chocked/ blocked IWC/ EWC/ Nahani/ Floor/ Gully traps of any description and in any position as per user requirement including washing/cleaning upto Ist manhole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cutting and trimming of tree branches, wild vegitations including cleaning and removal of trimmed tree branches from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of 100mm dia cast iron drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Excavation work shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition and breaking up of 100mm dia Salt glazed stone ware drain pipes set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Excavation work shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per Item No. 08 here-in-above, but for 150mm dia SGSW, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for pipe of internal dia. 100mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for pipe of internal dia. 150mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of 100mm dia Cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors/ fixed to wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 100mm dia cast iron (sand cast) fittings such as branch pieces, Tee, bend (any redius), etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded aggregates) bed to 100mm dia drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 22 here-in-above, but for 150mm dia drain pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 100 mm internal diameter of double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polyethelene pipes (HDPE) and stiffness classes-8 (SN-8) with ISI marked (with CML no) with and including all fitting & jointing material for sewage line and laid in trenches as specified in IS 16098-2013 part-2 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 24 here-in-above, but for 150mm dia DWC drain pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 150mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors/ fixed to wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in benching/Coping, edging and other similar bands etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Add to or Deduct from Item No. 37 here-in-before for Every 25mm Girth or Part thereof Over or Under 30 Cm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Quantity of this item shall be changed as per site requirement.

S&F of TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type-B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes, etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and rough, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built and set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering (Internally) 10mm thick in cement morter 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces, other side of lathing, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering (Externally) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 in two layers on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces, one side of lathing, 5mm thick top layer mixed with WPC as per Manufactures instruction, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: WPC shall be Measured and Paid as ‘Supply only’ under relevant Item.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; including dismantling of existing old damaged paver block of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing glossy finished PU coated Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 with grey cement and pigments to match including dismantling the existing old damaged tiles of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of any shade over a coat of chalk whitening, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of any shade over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel/iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of black japan paint (1st quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old treated/decorated Plastered/Unplastered Surfaces of Walls by Vaccum based sanding machine and eliminating smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying One Coat of white wash, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 48 here-in-above, but applying Two Coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing surface treatment, preparing the surfaces even and smooth by Vaccum based sanding machine and applying by means of auto roller (Smart Painting) Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic smooth emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (as approved) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over a coat of avg. 1.0mm thick Wall care Putty (Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of Putty) (Smart Painting) including rubbing down the surfaces to obtained smooth finished surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
