Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.

Beyond 30 cm girth up to and including 60 cm girth

Watering of garden, lawn, plants, trees etc including uprooting grass weeds etc at a suitable interval by keeping one skilled labour like Mali for performing above activities & one unskilled labour for assisting mali including cutting of hedges & trimming of plants & trees in desired shape at an interval of 15 days including disposal of all rubbish outside the compound all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Note: Rate includes all labour and T&P as required)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20 % for payment)

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source including carriage complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8 % for payment).

Screened through sieve of I.S designation 20 mm

Spreading of sludge dump manure and/or good earth in required thickeness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth to be paid separately)

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion as specified or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling mixture of earth and sludge or manure in the desired proportion in trenches, flooding with water and leveling (cost of supplying earth and sludge or manure and mixing excluded)

Providing, mixing & spraying pesticides, liquid fertilizers like Hormons, Liquid Roger, Monochrotophos, Metasistok etc. in required proportion as per manufacturers specification & as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing mixing solid fertilizers like bonemill, Neemcare, DAP, Urea, M/ Potash etc. for proper growth of plants in desired combination & proportion as per the manufacturers specification & as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge

Providing & planting the plants, grass, seasonal flowers, hedges etc. in place of old damaged plants / grass during the maintenance peiod:

Hedges (one year old) of approve species like green, brown, red, pink yellow etc.

Seasonal flowers like Marrygold, Mongra, Sevantee etc. & other similar species/ varieties as approved by Engineer-in -charge

Rose of Indian species, Hybrid like Florigunda, Dutch rose etc of appoved colour & species.

Tree saplings (non-fruit) like Neem, Gulmohar, Sagon etc. & other similar species/varities as approved by Engineer-in-charge
