Description and specification of Item of work to be excuted

Provision for Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Provision for providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA)

Provision for Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Provision for Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor five level, including levelling in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Provision for providing and fixing M.S. Angle Railing (Grill) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar work 50x50x6mm Angle frame, 12mm square bars shuttering 10cm c/c distance with 10cm spikes of top and fixing in cement concrete block 1:2:4 (0.25x0.20x0.20) including cost of materials, nut, bolts etc. complete, size (1.50 x 0.90 m.t.r.)

Providing and fixing M.S. Angle iron gate Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar work 50x50x6mm M.S. angle frame and 12mm square bar shuttering 10cm c/c distance and locking arrangement and M.S. Gate fixed rolled steel channel 100x50mm flange all fitting with nut bolt, hinge and holdfast etc. complete.(size small gate 10 nos x 0.90 x 1.00, big 05 nos x 3.00 x 2.00)

Provision for laying cement concrete 40 mm average thick copping on R.R. stone masonry dwarf wall in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources including curing etc. complete

Provision for Recess pointing on stone work with cement mortar (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Flush/ Ruled pointing (mixing the red color for matching) including curing etc. complete

Provision for Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture on M.S. square Jali railing & M.S. angle iron gate surface over base coat of Red oxide primer etc. complete
