Demolition Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation exc on for walls, shafts, manholes not exc 10 Sqm on plan or for laying pipes/cables etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work in CM 1:6 using Sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces and finished even and fair in any position incl scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plaster external wall and ceiling surfaces of and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old plaster external wall and ceiling surfaces of and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs, paver block and tiles of any description incl sub base concrete of any thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.
